地理位置好，我们主要去库肯霍夫公园看郁金香，从酒店去专线车大约1km，步行即可，去市里也很方便，酒店早餐丰富，前台友好。
朋友出游，订了两间房，一个运河景豪华特大床房一个就是豪华特大床房。结果没有运河景这间给了ba*****t, 窗户非常高，有一个很小很陡的楼梯爬上去，然后在窗台可以和水面齐平。更重要是，拎着大箱子要上楼梯再下楼梯，非常不方便。更扯的是，结帐时说这间价格比另一间5楼运河景的贵，所以city tax更高。这就没道理了，在携程订的时候明明这间便宜，也不知道是谁搞错了。前台最后一句你去找travel agent，我们这是电脑自动算的，就打发我们了。。。
有点老旧 感觉一般般
酒店很老旧。老区很糟糕，没有电梯，通往你房间的楼梯又窄又陡。位置不在阿姆斯特丹市中心。早餐还不错。前台接待员们似乎有点迷茫。
房间小，前台服务人员对中国人不太友好，总是想多收费，一瓶不到100ml的矿泉水要收三欧元，明明预订的是两张床的房间，结果给了一张大床房，在我们的要求下又加了一张钢丝床。还想跟我们另外收费，英语不好肯定又被他们骗了。
我们住的房间棒极了，景色也超赞。这次住宿的一切都很完美：员工、房间（设施、装修和视野），还有早餐……再次感谢！

房间还可以，对着运河，风景不错，酒店内走廊也很漂亮，距离南站较近，走路去梵高博物馆二十多分钟。前台很熟练。
房间空间大，整洁干净，但卫生间稍微有点小，灯光有点暗。
