We recently visted savoy for my birthday. The property is full of history with 300 yrs old trees and lots of activities for guest. The staff is very helpful and professional. Aditi from the front desk was veryhelp ful. Sonia helped us about the places in Mussoorie . Shrishti arranged cake for my birthday. And also the food was very good.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every details. Special thanks to Shrishti , Sonia ,Anas , Ankit and Aditi .The entire team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and valued. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and elegant. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and great service. Definitely coming back!

相当不令人满意。服务总体很差。态度冷漠。缺乏灵活性。无法满足客人的需求。服务方面，很多时候都表现出能力不足，而这在印度大多数商务酒店中都是很正常、很标准的。
