The hotel is good and the staff is excellent. Ayan and Sanal were very helpful during check-in and check-out. We stayed there for four days, and throughout our stay, Satyanarayan took great care of us during dining and was always available whenever we needed anything. The hotel kindly provided complimentary children’s food such as khichdi and milk, which we really appreciated. The swimming pool was okay, and the rooms were comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we truly enjoyed the services and hospitality of the staff. All tourist spots are near by to this .

We took 3 rooms and stayed here for a transit night.. Linens had stains, key card did not work. when asked for spare key card staff said we cant provide. We asked to reactivate the key card, he told us"thats not my job" Useless staff behaviour. No support provided for baggage, nobody answers the call when you try to reach them . It was a nightmare staying at the hotel. To Top it up, Aircondition did not work in room no. 4008. When we asked them to chk, the hotel asked us to adjust for a night with the fan and gave us a Table fan... Hats off to the managment the way they run this hotel. I dont think they are fit to be in the hospitality industry

Terrible experience to say the least, especially with the services provided and the responsiveness of the hotel staff was pathetic. Apparently, the rooms that I had booked were not "available", hence as per them they provided an "upgrade" which turned out to be just a cover up. Out of 2 rooms with a double bed, one "upgraded" room had a twin bed which was given on time. The other room was not ready and we had to wait until 3 pm for a 2 pm check in. Secondly, the room key card was not working properly, it took ages to open the door & it was not user friendly. Thirdly, the AC was pathetic in the room, it was centralised & none of the functions can be controlled from the room except temperature. It took more than 2 hrs or so for the room to be cooled down. Also, I took a package which had add on services like early check in, late check out, 10% off on F&B, etc. I would recommend not to pay extra for this package, it is useless as the hotel folks don't even care about it. I had requested for a slightly late check out until 2 pm but they denied and gave time till 1 pm max. But when I came back from sight seeing at 12.40, I was shocked to see they had cleared my luggage from the room without even informing or asking me. To which they replied that the check out time is 12 pm and hence cleared the rooms. Firstly, the check in was late by an hour & when it was already discussed about 1 pm check out, they didn't even check with us. Two staffs at the reception, Chitra & Swati were snobbish & careless in terms of customer handling. They had unconvincing answers to all the complaints raised but not even once they apologized for the downgraded services provided. Apparently, we never got an "upgrade", it was just some shoddy cover up for their errors. I would never visit this hotel ever again & would recommend others reading this review to check other hotels before finalizing this one. The only plus point was the restaurant food, it was tasty & well prepared!

2024 年 11 月的一个晚上,与一家旅行社一起度过。 2001室(套房)。美丽、安静、舒适、干净的酒店,符合欧洲标准。正确的床上用品。功能性空调。很多非专业的小问题。例如,大量无法使用的 Wifi 代码、晚餐未准时开放(咸味美食迟到 1/4 小时,甜食迟到 1/2 小时)、出发时没有行李托运。不过,这是一家值得推荐的迈索尔中途停留酒店。
