We were at Room#106 for 3 nights (29th March - 1st April). Very satisfied with the hospitality and all the assistance of the onsite manager (Rajesh) and the kitchen staff. The property is very conveniently located (next to Ooty lake and about 10 min drive from Charring Cross - the commercial hub of Ooty, any many other sightseeing locations. The in house restaurant can arrange dinners (to be confirmed by 6pm). Have complimentary breakfast. Parking is available. Rooms are quite spacious (we were 2 adults and a kid). Overall a decent stay for family travellers. Kudos to team Athithi Bhavan!!

The rooms were really nice. Housekeeping did a great job everything was very neat and clean. The buffet and food was good. The swings in the park were really nice.The food from the room service wasn’t great. Overall great experience!…………….

I visited ooty in June 2022. I stayed at Treebo trend Atithi Bhavan. it is a wonderful place to stay .the food was amazing and also the staff.I enjoyed my stay at Athiti Bhavan,its very close to Ooty bus stand, its very close to boat house,

The rooms were really nice and clean, the size was also good, the breakfast served was really tasty. The staff was very helpful and professional. Overall it was a great experience and a must visit for all.

The rooms were poorly maintained. Check photos. The service was even more pathetic. Most of the comments here probably are fixed. It's probably worth 2000 or 3000 per night. For the price there are better options. Plz do not go there.
