The hotel staff said that he couldnt find my booking although I provided my booking reference and voucher and request 15 pounds for Early check in and charged my account 51 pounds in total. Although I kept saying I booked via Trip.com and paid while I booked the hotel online. It was a prepaid booking. I am so disappointed that the hotel sent me the invoice & receipt on 14 March but I was told I would get the balance of receipt and I would be charged the early check in fee 15 pounds only, the accommodation fee after I checked out at 12pm on March 15. On March 15, when I was checking out, I checked with another staff who was on duty, he said the hotel didn’t charge my card, but the agency card, it was acceptable. Unfortunately, on my bank statement I found that the hotel charged my card for all. And it was really disappointed because they didnt really dealed with my questions and my situation. I did double pay for the accommodation to Trip. Com and the Primier Inn Richmanworth. I was told by the staff on March 15, the hotel didnt charge accommodation fee from my card. Therefore, I accepted his explanation.
Great value for money, good loaction, friendly helpful staff, very comfortable bed & choice of a bath or shower. Will definitley be returning to the Premier inn in Rickmansworth.

Chose as close to Harry Potter studios. Apparently, the Premier inn closest do special Harry Potter themed goodie bags for kids. When staff found out we couldn't get into that hotel they arranged for my kids to have them as well, which were a fantastic surprise- wands, book of spells etc. Really made it extra special for my son's birthday. I can't thank them enough.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Rickmansworth. From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth, welcoming, and well organised. The team were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making me feel valued as a guest from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what you’d expect from Premier Inn a great night’s sleep and a relaxing environment. The hotel was well maintained throughout, and breakfast was fresh, well stocked, and served with a smile. It’s clear the team take pride in delivering great service and creating a positive guest experience. I would highly recommend Premier Inn Rickmansworth and would happily stay again. A big thank you to the team for a great stay.

Premier Inn has always been my first choice of hotel for myself and the family, but not any more. They have lost the warmth and essence of who they were and it now feels like a sub standard chain of hostels. No one on reception, same people covering different roles and stretched. If you want your room cleaned if you are staying 2 nights or more, you have to ask at reception in person. The rooms are cold. Such a shame to see such a strong brand getting run down and milked at the expense of the customer. I’m done Premier Inn and will only stay if there is no other option. I will try the Wetherspoon hotels as they had great reviews by Which.

Staff were amazing, Room was very clean and the breakfast and dinner was excellent will defiantly return in the future.

My bedroom was too hot and appeared to have had a major spillage over the wall adjacent to the bed that needed repainting. The WiFi was non-existent - pathetic in 2025. Both morning and evening of my stay were also spoiled by unsupervised and unruly small children running amok in reception and restaurant. Breakfast was adequate but hot food was not especially fresh or hot.

酒店房内面积很大,洗手间有超大浴缸及超大的空间,外围环境宁静而美丽,河渡纵横交错,天鹅雁鸟野鸭随时等你喂饲。
酒店很漂亮,我和我的家人度过了愉快的时光,工作人员非常友好和乐于助人,食物非常好,入住很方便
我们在这家酒店住了三晚,不得不说,酒店位置便利,出行便利,公共交通也很方便。步行10分钟即可到达火车站,另一个火车站则需驾车稍远一些。早餐种类不多,但味道不错,而且总是新鲜。房间还算舒适,但不算最干净。我要求他们打扫房间和更换毛巾,但什么也没做。酒店员工都非常友好热情,尤其是梅娜,她非常友善,乐于助人,而且是唯一会说意大利语的人。性价比很低。
