The hotel staff said that he couldnt find my booking although I provided my booking reference and voucher and request 15 pounds for Early check in and charged my account 51 pounds in total. Although I kept saying I booked via Trip.com and paid while I booked the hotel online. It was a prepaid booking. I am so disappointed that the hotel sent me the invoice & receipt on 14 March but I was told I would get the balance of receipt and I would be charged the early check in fee 15 pounds only, the accommodation fee after I checked out at 12pm on March 15. On March 15, when I was checking out, I checked with another staff who was on duty, he said the hotel didn’t charge my card, but the agency card, it was acceptable. Unfortunately, on my bank statement I found that the hotel charged my card for all. And it was really disappointed because they didnt really dealed with my questions and my situation. I did double pay for the accommodation to Trip. Com and the Primier Inn Richmanworth. I was told by the staff on March 15, the hotel didnt charge accommodation fee from my card. Therefore, I accepted his explanation.
Brilliant hotel, Breakfast is brilliant aswell as the evening meal, Defiantly recommend this hotel.

Family stopover for a night whilst visiting nearby Harry Potter Studios. Great family room, larger than many others we’ve had at other PI’s, very clean. Its easy to find, parking easy but the best was the staff - Ultra helpful, friendly, and professional.

Good stay, lovely staff, amazing breakfast, rooms where spotless and fabulously cleaned, the service was brilliant I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and I would definitely be coming back

This is an ideally placed hotel with good transport links to the underground. I stayed here for three weeks for a work trip and had absolutely no issues during my stay. The rooms were always up to a clean standard and were in good condition too. I had an issue with one of the showers draining which I reported to a member of staff (JMK) who swiftly made sure that this was seen to and rectified the issue, she was very friendly and always happy to help. The breakfast and evening meals were always spot on and I never had any issues. Whilst I stayed, I interacted with Luciano, Linda and Clarisa who were all so helpful and very friendly. They are truly a credit to the hotel and they made my stay that much more enjoyable.

We went to your Rickmansworth branch the care I received was absolutely amazing. The politeness of the staff and the willingness to help was just a very very pleasant and special event. Thank you to all the staff that looked after us.

Very good location so you can walk into the town for a coffee and a meal if you want. Clean room with good WiFi and tea/coffee making facilities. Down side is you have to pay for onsite parking.

Great value for money, good loaction, friendly helpful staff, very comfortable bed & choice of a bath or shower. Will definitley be returning to the Premier inn in Rickmansworth.

酒店房内面积很大，洗手间有超大浴缸及超大的空间，外围环境宁静而美丽，河渡纵横交错，天鹅雁鸟野鸭随时等你喂饲。
酒店很漂亮，我和我的家人度过了愉快的时光，工作人员非常友好和乐于助人，食物非常好，入住很方便
