We stayed for 3 nights in Suite room. It is a very well maintained luxury property located in the centre of the city. Whole property is newly renovated last year. Rooms are spacious and equipped with all amenities, food is delicious and staff is very courteous. Special thanks to Mr. Pankaj at front desk who upgraded our room. They provide Hotel Innova car on call for drop and pick up from Mall Road ( 1 Km) free of cost. Also every evening Tea/Coffee with cookies session is there in the open area for all guest. Suggestion to opt for Dinner plan as with Live music every night it is worthy. Only feedback is to upgrade the Gym and Spa should be operational.

We had the most amazing stay at Namah Nainital! From the help desk to the restaurant team to housekeeping, every single staff member was so amiable, attentive, and cooperative, which truly made us feel at home. Our room overlooked the mountains and the serene Naini Lake, waking up to that view every morning was nothing short of magical. We also loved engaging in the Stargazing activity and enjoyed the beautiful live music during dinner, which added such a special touch to our evenings. We stayed for a couple of nights, and every moment was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Nainital! Special thanks to Rishabh at the front desk who helped us so much in booking the room perfectly suited to our requirements.

Our experience with namah Radisson Nainital was extremely good ... The services rendered by dining staff n chef was remarkable ...the housekeeping was also really superb ... The veg food was the yummiest ...This hotel is overlooking the lake ... All rooms r facing the lake ...its scenic n very well kept with each room having balcony

I stayed at this property formerly called as Manu Maharani Nanital and now Namah Nainital a Radisson Hotel.... This is one of the most iconic property in Nainital and I manifested this one when I visited Nanital in 2003 with my friends. This property has its own old world charm and a basic 4 star hotel. Tips books rooms overlooking Lake and centre or below reception. Also the best part is shuttle towards the lake. Note this hotel is almost 1 km away from the lake but one of the best and branded. Few names are Manisha and Pankaj at reception and Meena and one more person at the restaurant. Have a look.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful specially Mr Shyam and Mr Vinod , and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall a good experience—I’d LOVE to stay again

Excellent hospitality and warmth. The staff at reception and restaurant go beyond with smiles and making you feel welcomed and comfortable. Shout out to Mohan in housekeeping, Mukesh in technical services and Neetu ***** with entire restaurant staff at both breakfast and dinner. The rooms are cozy and luxurious. The shuttle service, afternoon teas and stargazing session add a little something extra. Even travelling with parents and two little ones the stay remained wonderful. Would definitely be coming back.
