It was good overall but not worth 2000 rupees per night, room was small, owner was very strict about giving checkin sharp at 12 pm only.

Amazing staff, great rooms. The location is awesome, it is near a lot of cafes and is on a walkable distance to the beach. Overall we had had a good time here.

The management is the prize! cheerful, extraordinarily helpful. Even the morning omelettes were better than ever! the location, cozy feeling keep me returning whenever i holiday in pondicherry

Horrible place not at all clean, not maintained and the owner is just behind money no maintenance Kitchen is so dirty don't ever take breakfast, the dining tables chairs etc is fully dusty..please don't go with pics online..check in person and decide

This heritage hotel is not worth of even 1-star ratings, although it is marked as 3-star in Agoda which is quite misleading. I booked it as it was showing as Agoda preferred to me for 3-star hotel. Once you have booked, if your journey date is within 15 days of your booking, they don't allow cancelation. I visited with my old mother who has knee problem. I believed in Agoda 3-star ratings and hoped it will have the amenities available with a 3-star hotel. But, the hotel does not have any elevator, the stairs are too steep and kind of spiral, so my mother was finding it too painful to climb even to the first floor where our "standard" room was. The bedsheets were having spots, the mattress cover torn, there was no toiletries provided, not even a basic soap, the coffee maker provided in room was broken and does not work, there was only one light in the room, no night light. A makeshift night lamp attached to an extension cord went off in 1 hr on the first day itself. Overall, it was a pathetic experience. This property should be listed on no-star ratings in Agoda.
