The Radisson offered us the most comfort, delicious food and great customer service. Hotel has plenty of character, stunning views, and the best hospitality so far on our trip. Whilst we were unfortunately not blessed by the best weather to enjoy the best of Shimla, we were able to enjoy the comfort of the hotel.

在经历了库夫里丽笙酒店 (Radisson Kufri) 的美好住宿体验后，我刚刚搬到西姆拉丽笙爵士酒店 (Radisson Jazz Shimla)，说实话，这里令人失望。入住手续很慢，不过前台的 Aditya 很热心。我询问了付费升级的事宜，看到了小型套房，还在犹豫是否要升级。但我真正不满意的是服务。首先，我点了无骨印度香饭 (biryani)，但他们却送来了一份有骨头的。他们虽然换了一份，但为什么要把简单的订单搞砸呢？然后，我的披萨 (thukpa) 上来时洒了东西，还有一根头发。我没有拍照（因为，恶心），但我在盐瓶上抓到了一根。在丽笙酒店，基本的卫生应该不成问题。客房服务是另一个令人失望的地方。晚饭后，我打了三次电话让他们收拾盘子——什么也没做。第二天早上他们终于把盘子收走了，所以我的房间整晚都有食物的味道。此外，我不禁注意到，外国客人似乎受到了额外的关注。我理解国际酒店业的普遍现象，但印度客人付的钱和我们一样，理应享受同样的服务。如果酒店人手不足，他们就需要改进一下。浴室也需要修缮——瓷砖看起来需要擦洗，而且部分墙壁已经剥落。没想到丽笙酒店会这样。我还要在这里住两晚，希望情况会有所改善。我还打算去看看水疗中心——祈祷一切顺利。分享一下，希望酒店（希望）能注意到这一点，改进服务，更好地服务未来的客人。
我们五个女孩在这里订了两间房。晚上，隔壁房间的客人（包括一些外国人）非常吵闹。尽管我们一再抱怨，前台却谎称房间无人居住，房间里可能有工作人员。后来，隔壁房间一位喝醉的客人开始猛敲我们的房门并大喊大叫。我们吓坏了，不得不叫来保安，因为他可能携带武器。那个**看到保安后就回房间了。那个**房间里有酒箱，可能还有*****，深夜被转移到了其他地方。令人震惊的是，第二天早上，经理拉胡尔·拉纳非但没有道歉，反而指责我们给那位客人带来了麻烦，并拒绝出示监控录像或退还住宿费。我们整晚都没睡好。这是我们最糟糕的酒店体验——没有安全保障，没有专业精神。不推荐，尤其是对于女性游客。
距离市中心稍远，但步行 10 分钟即可到达购物中心，让您可以享受这座城市及其娱乐活动，而不会带来任何不便。酒店特有的出租车和班车服务，让您可以预订前往城市不同地区（非常大且陡峭）以及昌迪加尔的旅行。工作人员细心、友好且非常有礼貌。
