I stayed here a few days ago.The location of the property is very good, just 500 meters away from the nearby bus stand and railway station.One thing I did not like there is Laxman Chef.He has no manners and was drunk on duty.I want to say that such staff should not be kept on duty. This will tarnish the hotel's reputation. My overall experience here was not good!

We had booked this hotel on our way back from temple visits for 1 night stay on 5th December but on reaching they had no records of our booking. They said that there was no reservation though we had paid upfront they did not have any records. . Requesting they confirmed the booking but said that the hotel had no lift. Having a knee problem we requested them to cancel the booking and give refund as climbing steps was not possible. They spoke to the reservation and took our details and said the same will be processed. Since then we are chasing them there is no revert nor refund its been 12 days. Very bad customer service

Very good experience, prominent and quick service by reception staff, house keeping, dining and room service. Property is maintained well. Good food and breakfast spread is wide. Thanks to Mrs.Shrushti and team, and the housekeeping staff.

The hotel is good they have in house restaurant which serve good food the pool is big and clear , the rooms are bit small as comapred to other hotels in same location overall good stay value for money

We stayed in this hotel from 25th to 27th May 2025.Swimming Pool & Lift was not available. Service was too poor. Some staff members behavior are rough. Breakfast & Dinner was not good. No facility for driver.

We had a wonderful stay at Citrus Hotel Lonavala with the family. It was a memorable week filled with comfort and fun. It was a truly pleasant stay at Citrus Lonavala, especially during the evening. Dinner at the restaurant was a highlight – the live instrumental music created a relaxing atmosphere, making the experience even more enjoyable. The service from the lady staff was excellent, warm, and attentive. We also loved the cozy setting for watching the IPL match with a drink – a perfect way to unwind. The next morning, the breakfast was like the cherry on top – a delicious spread with great service to match. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Looking forward to coming back again!

Our experience at Citrus Lonavala was truly relaxing and enjoyable. The spa service was excellent – very professional and rejuvenating, just what we needed during our stay. We also received a warm and friendly welcome from the front office team, including the bellboy, which made us feel right at home. A special thanks to the ladies at the restaurant for their kind service and attention to detail – they really enhanced our dining experience. A big thank you to the entire team for their hospitality. We'll definitely be returning!

The front desk staff especially Ms. aagna ( or similar) kills the effort of F&B. F&B is the only scoring point of this hotel. Rooms are not maintained Stains everywhere despite repeat cleaning Pan / pan masala spat in wash basins and not cleaned by housekeeping WC flush gets stuck and water flows out of WC I don’t know the justification of the hotel’s charges and unapologetic attitude of the staff especially front office staff No lift Mosquitoes in restaurant Stay at your own risk
