Nice, old heritage style hotel with everything you need at an affordable rate. Comfy bed and hot water shower - what more do you need. Amazing laundry service and attentive staff. Stayed as part of an intrepid tour. Would happily stay again Hotel has great contacts for tuk tuk drivers, cycle tour guide etc.

I stayed here with a tour company. The hotel was located near the M Block Market where you could find shops, food and a few bars. It was an area with many doctors offices and seemed very safe. Tuk Tuks were readily available and the staff we helpful. My room was clean and I have not complaints.

Stayed as part of a tour group. Absolutely disgustingly dirty room. Dirtiest room of any hotel I have ever stayed in. First night there was no proper running water so moved to a different room. The second room was filthy. Thick layer of dirt and dust on every surface. I'm asthmatic and was coughing all night because of the dust. The breakfast we had was nice but that is the only positive. Put in a complaint with the tour group re this hotel. If you don't have to stay as part of a tour avoid!!

Fantastic Hotel! Whole staff is very humble. Food n all services are very good. Clean room, excellent services. Specially I will suggest you all to eat their paneer dishes. Amazing. I wish to come this hotel again and again. Best hotel for family purpose.

Good hotel which we stayed at as part of an organised tour. Reception is basic and the lift quite small and a bit awkward when you have rucksacks and bags to carry. Rooms were basic and clean and the beds were actually very comfortable. Shower head could have been a bit better but otherwise the room was fine for 2 nights. Hair dryer could be borrowed from reception. Breakfast for us was via the Al a carte menu, again just the basics but fine.

I stayed for three nights in this basic hotel in Jaipur. It was perfectly fine but quite basic and tatty. I don't care about that as long as it is secure, friendly and well located. Well, I do care about it being clean -and it was. By tatty I just mean it was a bit tired and dated. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower in the bathroom wasn't great at all, but hey if that is the worst complaint then you know this place is not too bad! breakfast was okay, nothing special but it hit the spot. The staff were very nice though, very helpful.

We stayed here as part of the G adventure 8 day Golden Triangle tour and we were bitterly disappointed and will be complaining to G adventure. The rooms were dirty, outdated, the bathroom light wouldn't turn off and the switches were sunken into the wall. There were holes in the floor, construction happening from early in the morning, no hot water (even when asking for it). The shower was broken and just a trickle and the drains in the bathroom were backed up so the smell of sewage was so intense it made us gag. The food is average, breakfast offering is beige but fine. Coffee was instant nescafe. Staff were helpful and pleasant but the hotel itself is like something from the 1940's. I would avoid at all costs.

Great place to stay! Plenty of hot water, a comfortable bed and a great restaurant! Excellent customer service. Shakti Rathore the manager provides excellent service! Hotel is clean. I had a room infront so there was street noise but it died down at night.

nice environment , breakfast fast is just awesome, dinner is un speakable. you won't feel a bit waste of money . i got the room in top floor and it was just the best experience i ever had . there is lot of space on terrace where you can spent me time ......just loved the place

I have visited utsav niwas with friends I must say behavior and way of communication of Shakti and other staff was so good they both helped us providing services at hotel during our stay. I must say and recommend this hotel to all...service and staff was great.
