Very bad experience poor rool service I am staying in room 231 i have booked room with an extra bed they are not bringing extra bed after telling 4 to 5 times and then the bed was very uncomfortable and they have not bring pillow i have told them 3 times

Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Food is also good .we enjoyed the breakfast . Cleaning staff do their work very efficiently. We love to come here again 😍

It was our repeat stay at this hotel. Rooms are good and staff is courteous. Breakfast spread is very good and they politely customise it also if you want spice less items. Overall stay was very pleasant

All the services was up to the standard. Breakfast was very delicious and tempting. Chef was very good specially live dosa was very very very delicious. Internet service was very good it has a proper excellent speed. Location was in very peaceful area.

Had a wonderful stay at Ramada ! The location is stunning, offering a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views. The reception team, Jaya, komal, were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, making our check-in smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The hospitality was top-notch, and the facilities were comfortable. A perfect getaway for anyone visiting Jaipur!"
只住了6个小时，但住宿体验很愉快。
我们住了两晚。前台干净整洁，服务高效。我们住在二楼一个大房间，房间也很干净整洁。床和枕头都很舒服，浴室也够用。不过空调一直开着，温度很低。房间里有茶和一个小冰箱。电视没有BBC新闻和CNN，但有ABC澳大利亚新闻。有两个频道播放英语电影。一个问题是餐厅从晚上7:30到11:00一直响着鼓声，让人难以入睡。最令人失望的是餐厅。服务员很棒，我们在餐厅用餐没有任何问题。但是两晚的晚餐都只有一种肉类选择，而且自助餐的种类对于一家高档酒店来说实在太少了。早餐还算可以，因为有煎蛋台。总的来说，我们住得很愉快，只是餐饮选择可以更好一些。
房间很好，服务也很好，设施也很好，氛围也很好，早餐也很好，位置也很好，游泳池也很好，工作人员很合作，特别感谢 Chandrasekhar 先生和 Jasmine 以及所有工作人员的乐于助人的态度

游泳池很脏，房间里发霉了，厕所、家具都是垃圾，上面都是孩子们用笔画的。我在那里住了 2 晚，但只住了 1 个小时，房间很臭，看起来像是有人在房间里撒尿，空调从来没开过，工作人员很粗鲁，抱怨后给我看了高级房，比第一个更糟糕。我浪费了钱在斋浦尔预订了希尔顿酒店，但我并不后悔浪费了 2 天的钱订了 2 个房间，如果我在这家酒店睡觉我会生病的，墙上的油漆很糟糕，底部或房间墙壁是一片水泥地。我是在 10 月 7 日和 8 日预订那家酒店的。我下午 3 点左右到酒店，他们说餐厅午餐时间开放，问了经理后等了将近 1 个小时才有工作人员，餐厅里没有人服务。如果你正在寻找干净漂亮的酒店，我不会推荐任何一家，接待区或餐厅从来没开过空调，酒店入口很糟糕，到处都是灰尘。我和家人朋友一起去过这家酒店，我们住在英国，通过添加误导性的信息我不会得到任何好处，所以如果可以的话请避开这家酒店
