The staff was very friendly and accommodating but the first room I got smelled like mildew. Asked for a new room and got upgraded at no charge to one of the newer buildings. Beautiful location but even the new room was uncomfortable, minus the smell, all the furniture was dated and the room was dark. I don't think I would return but really appreciated the staff for doing their best.

Very nice private beach. Rooms - we had a bungalow- are totally ok, yet need a refresh/update. Breakfast was very good, friendly stuff, non problem at all to stay longer even though bf ended at 10am. We enjoyed our time at Il Pelagone- many thanks!

我们带着狗狗（酒店允许携带宠物，费用为每天12欧元）在这家酒店度过了新年夜。我们选择的是包含早餐的标准三室公寓。公寓本身状况良好，但厨房的家具陈旧且不太实用。我们发现客厅里放着一个破旧的冰箱。浴室的情况也一样。淋浴热水供应不稳定，而且卫浴设施老旧（淋浴盘都泛黄了）。早餐是自助餐，甜咸口味都有，但除了无麸质食品（烤面包片和饼干单独包装在一个篮子里）之外，没有任何其他标识。没有水果。除了几个随意贴着的标签（比如空空如也的羊角面包，里面竟然是奶油）之外，没有任何其他标识说明有哪些食品可供选择。酒店有两台热饮机；我们不得不排队买咖啡，因为其中一台坏了。（你可以去吧台询问，但没有人主动告知我们。）总体而言：环境优美，高尔夫球场维护良好，住客可享受果岭费折扣，托斯卡纳的景色也无可挑剔。唯一的不足之处在于客户服务欠佳、公寓一般以及早餐乏善可陈。我们没有去餐厅用餐，因为我们是素食主义者，没有找到任何合我们口味的菜品。如果您想入住这家酒店，在风景优美的地方打高尔夫，又不想开车，我建议您预订豪华公寓（从外观上看更好）。

环境棒极了！餐厅的服务也很棒。安娜玛丽亚、安娜和玛丽亚的服务一流。;) 其他年轻友善的员工也同样出色。食物品质一流。泳池边的烧烤之夜也非常棒。
缺点：蚂蚁、蚊子和黄蜂。
公寓整体需要翻新一下，但床超级舒服。
