For the most part, everything was okay. The room was clean. Housekeeping came by at 9 AM (not good if you are sleeping in or have no soap) and was not available after 10 AM, so you need to go to the front desk and ask. The coffee maker was found in a dresser drawer. They had free breakfast but no hot chocolate on cold winter days.

Beds are uncomfortable, don’t get many towels, the toilet was gross, the shower didn’t get hot and the shower handle was coming off.

We paid over $500 for 3 nights and for 2 nights we had to park across the road in a boarded up closed restaurant.
We had to carry our bags across the road. In addition the shower had black around the tiles. Spray with bleach is an easy fix.

Room was clean but you could tell carpet was dirty because socks were dirty after walking on it. Never saw any housekeeping staff. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never checked on. No clean towels or anything. Front desk staff was great and breakfast was always good with a lot of variety.

Really disappointed that my room sponsored a jacuzzi in the room and they're was a wedding party not sure if my room was changed or what not..... and I've never had hotel breakfast with no meat at all just eggs and dry foods other than that fantastic stay!!! Really enjoyed the area!

Great stay. Friendly service, clean room and good value. Breakfast looked good but not great for low carb-low sugar diet. But we found the Merchant's Cafe just minutes away which offered fabulous breakfast options. Highly recommend!

Not a lot of room lighting....just bedside table and desk light.
I was asked when i would check out...I replied 11a. Housekeeping was at my door at 10:30a to clean my room. Kids running in the hallway until midnight. Vacuuming hallway at 8a on a Sunday.
