This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! Upon checkout, I was shockingly overcharged over 8,000 RMB without justification. Even worse, their follow-up service is extremely negligent – despite repeated emails and calls, the issue remains unresolved after two weeks. The management clearly lacks integrity and ignores customer rights. Do not risk your money at this dishonest hotel!
位置很好，周边很多餐厅和酒吧，历史建筑里面改造的很有特色，房间干净设施新颖，欧洲通病不提供拖鞋。离市中心购物也不远。推荐入住
第一次都灵出差入住，整体感觉这家酒店位置特别方便，是市中心位置，周边都是景点可以步行前往，周边特色意式餐馆挺多，很方便。早餐品类也丰富，都是意大利经典美食。
整体上适合商务和携家旅游入住。
线下多收8000多元，事后处理拖延，绝不推荐！
这家酒店是我住过最糟糕的体验！退房时竟被无故多扣8000多人民币，更令人愤怒的是，事后沟通效率极低，多次打电话、发邮件均无实质回应，拖延超过两周仍未解决。酒店管理层明显缺乏诚信与责任感，将消费者权益置之不理。强烈建议所有人远离这家酒店，以免财物受损！

如果再回都灵，我还会选择这家酒店。它位于适合观光的老城区，酒店本身也干净舒适。退房时虽然账单出了一点小问题，但很快就解决了。
房间打扫得很糟糕，浴室里到处都是水垢，瓷砖缝里还有些霉菌；淋浴房漏水（门关不严）。住在二楼（欧洲一层），内院/早餐区和走廊上的所有声音都听得一清二楚。前台入住时服务态度很好，退房时则不然。我印象中的NH Collection酒店应该有更高的标准和更好的服务……
位置非常好，周边有许多不错的酒吧和餐厅，步行即可到达许多历史景点。
房间非常干净舒适。
员工非常友善。
