Breakfast menu was cold. Room service was not done properly. Staff were slow nearly to no staff at breakfast area. Basic things were missing like water nor the staff didn’t even checked if we need anything. I had to ask them. When checking out the person at reception asked me about the stay told him few things like water. He took it lightly and asked me if I need water to while leaving it sounded like he’s making fun of me. It could be my feelings but I don’t appreciate these kinda statements when you asked me what was the issue.

The breakfast is mind blowingly good: variety, quality and dining room. Abjit in the breakfast shift is outstandingly good at his job. He was attentive, sincere and accommodating. He's very customer centric.

The AC in the lobby & dining rooms was so cold we couldn't use them. And ghastly loud music everywhere. I expected better from Hyatt and will never stay there again.

Arjun at reception was very helful. House keeping by Seraj and Sony outrstanding. Harsh and Simon in the restaurant very cooperative. Roof leaking in the glasshouse near restaurant is risky.
