这是一家最近翻修过的遗产酒店，非常干净，充满魅力。工作人员服务周到，热情好客，但有时未能达到我们对这家五星级连锁酒店的预期。例如，有一天我们全天外出游览城市回来，发现房间没有打扫。还有一个晚上我们在餐厅吃饭，点了两道菜，结果却只上了一道。另一个晚上我们去参加五点鸡尾酒会，但酒吧里没有调酒师。以及我们吃早餐的第一个早上，被告知只有自助餐；我问有没有菜单，被告知没有，后来才发现实际上有一份菜单，上面全是美味的选择。这家酒店有潜力变得非常出色，但它需要关注细节。
我们一行人入住。从我们到达酒店到离开，整个过程都令人惊艳。酒店内部装潢精美绝伦，食物美味可口，服务也无可挑剔。特别感谢Soumya。我们团里有一位女孩过生日，Soumya把一切都安排得井井有条。他们准备了蛋糕、香槟和蜡烛，那真是一场令人难忘的庆祝活动。由衷感谢！
我在瓜廖尔的这家酒店住了四个多月，这里每个人都很周到，非常友好。酒店位置比较偏僻，从前台到餐厅，再到客房服务团队，都很安静。我认识的几个人是Riya、Arif、Soumia、***n、Anjali、Kamal、Ashish，还有主厨Sumit和Ravi。我肯定忘了几个人，但我真的很感谢他们为我付出的一切。

非常棒的印度菜。工作人员 Soumya、Namrata、Ansali、Abhishek 和 Pramod 确实非常专业，而且富有同情心。浓缩咖啡。类似 Maharaja 的位置。价格实惠，在真正的印度中部的瓜廖尔享受真正的放松时刻。
