I recently stayed at Vivanta by Taj, Katra, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the seamless pre-arrival process, thanks to Purnima’s prompt and helpful communication, to the warm welcome upon arrival with the traditional tika and a beautiful bracelet, every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The check-in was quick and efficient, and the complimentary shuttle service to and from the helipad was incredibly convenient. The resort’s location is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful lawn, a spacious and spotless swimming pool, and a lovely dining area. The guest room was beautifully appointed, and the complimentary room upgrade was a delightful surprise. The F&B services were outstanding. Ravi, who attended to us during breakfast and dinner, was always warm and cheerful, making every meal enjoyable. The front office team, including Ranjit, Indrajeet, and Suneha, were incredibly attentive and made our stay truly memorable. Ranjit, in particular, stood out and played a significant role in making us want to return. Additionally, Ankur, our driver, was courteous and made our transportation seamless. However, one area of improvement was the kitchen. The dessert options were extremely limited, with only gulab jamun and ice cream available. While I understand the resort might have had low occupancy, I was still expecting a more varied à la carte dessert menu. Having only ready-made ice cream as the sole dessert option was disappointing, especially since this was a special trip for my parents and their first experience at a Taj property. Because of this, I had to lower my overall rating to four stars. In conclusion, the hospitality was remarkable, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Good food, super courteous staff. Mr. Vijay Sharma, from the restaurant was very positive and served food with a SMILE:) He was so pleasant. Also, the staff at the front desk were very positive and attended to us with a smile :)) We come here every year, staff of the other hotels should learn from the staff here!

Had a wonderful stay in Room No. 306. The place is lovely, food was absolutely delicious, and I really appreciated that the chef personally came to take feedback on the meals, it shows how much they care. The staff is very warm and helpful, and the pick-and-drop service made everything super convenient. Only suggestion! I feel the shower could be a bit better. Otherwise, everything was perfect and made my stay truly enjoyable.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The service was warm and professional, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was luxurious and amenities were excellent. The atmosphere was very peaceful. Location is bit far away from katra market. Would recommend them to provide one cab pick and drop for each day of the stay to katra main market. Special thanks to Ravi and Rohit for attentive service. Truly a 5-star experience — Value for money and highly recommended!

Special mention to **Vijay** — he provided amazing service during dine-in, super attentive, friendly and made sure everything was perfect. Really elevated our meals! Highly recommend for a relaxing stay near Vaishno Devi. We'll be back! 🙌
