Great service. Particularly mentioning Jaya, shanthi, and Antony! Well trained, well behaved staff. Felt at home. Good service involves proactive efforts and hey have it. Thr restaurant was among the best I have experienced. Will recommend to friends

Kavitha, linda jaya . Excellent service.Really appreciate the service they did..customer friendly. Much appreciated.We enjoyed lot.. Garden was nice and experience was nice and good .nights. Check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff was friendly. My room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful city view. The bed was super comfortable, and the WiFi was strong. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of options. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Times Square. For the price, it was definitely worth it! I’d recommend it to anyone visiting

Good property at the heart of the kodaikanal town with good restaurant and play area around.parking space is ok for non season Time but will be difficult during season. Bon fire area and children play area are great. But the front office staffs are pathetic,the management doesn't care of the customers relationship.the house keeping staffs always sits near the guests rooms and gossips all day. Cleanliness lacks. The management has to appoint a effective general manager. Rest all facilities is ok.

JC residency was absolutely beautiful. They have used their premises well to make sure that guests have a pleasant stay. Their good was also really good. The staff was warm and courteous. Mr Murugan helped us with whatever we needed. Mrs Jaya - the supervisor was also helpful. The only issue was that the room wasn't clean when we checked in. They did clean it well after we requested it.

Awesome hotel... Excellent staff... Jaya, Shanti and Nirmala... Hotel has a wonderful view... Rooms are decorated beautifully... Best part is that the hotel has a restaurant, breakfast is good... Flower decoration the hotel is good...

A nice place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff specially Nirmala, Jaya & Shanti & Kartikyean. The hotel ambience is also great and has got the old British structure Restaurant food is also very good and good spread in the dinner buffet
房间有股怪味，床上还有头发。马桶座圈上也有头发和尿渍。房间很脏，床单上有污渍和头发。我们实在无法继续住下去，只好临时找了另一家酒店，当时已经是晚上8点了。酒店拒绝退款，总经理Ganesh Prabhu让我们申请取消预订，但即使总经理明知房间状况糟糕，酒店还是拒绝了。之前的评论似乎都是他们自己写的，所以请大家务必谨慎。
热情好客、友善的员工、优美的环境、美味的食物，JC Residency 是家庭聚餐的必去之地。 ***ager ***n 先生非常友好，非常友善。 难忘的品尝体验。 我们下次肯定会去参观。
