Our stay was good, ambience of the hotel was excellent, the deluxe double bedrooms were excellent , the hotel serves breakfast and dinner as it comes as a part of package, for lunch we have to pay to eat the hotel has its own nursery, there is a indoor games room and a lawn backside. the hotel had sufficient car parking, food at the restaurant was ok could have been better

Hotel is good but front desk manager is highly arrogant, he is senior citizen and treat guests very rudely.
we opted for dinner in our package but our experience was not good as second day dinner was very poor quality

Ambience very good , clean and tidy , food was good , request to provide idly for dinner especially for small babies that's the only concern.they haven't provided even after the request.i

Food was amazing but i have one sugession better to keep air circulation on rooms. Sometime dificult to breath.

Room was dark we stayed...room No 206..no lights from outside... Apart from that food was average compared to price...pillows are hard..had neck pain in the morning

Instead of booking for 31 Mar 2025 , I have booked wrongly for 01 April 2025 then immediately rebooked to 31 Mar 2025 through makemytrip
But as part of rebooking makemytrip cancelled my booking of 01 April 2025 without any refund then it booked 31 Mar 2025 separately.
All this happened within few minutes, MakeMyTrip is going very strictly on the policy of no refund even though this booking was not intentional and it'a genuine human mistake.
There is no easy way to contact customer care of makemytrip
Tried checking with MakeMyTrip multiple times but my request for it was not considered at all.
Issue is with “Hotel Jai, Hotel in Kodaikanal,Booking ID - NH******6138”
I have completed below stays in the same hotel.

Clean room and friendly staff. Dinner options were poor. The buffet had almost the same items every day and they didn't have anything to drink on the dinner buffet. You have to pay for the dinner buffet and have to pay additionally for anything to drink.

The hospitality at hotel jai is excellent. All the staff were polite and attentive. Food is one of the highlights which was Excellent. The hotels location is prime, situated within the city's centre.
酒店距离镇中心和科代卡纳尔湖有点远。酒店周围没什么可看的，也没什么餐厅。最好租车出行。早餐还可以，但是点鸡蛋要70卢比一份。柠檬茶也要另付。
