Stayed here for 2 nights. It's one of the good options available in Kottayam. The plus point is the location of the property. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is tasty. The negatives are the service (room was not cleaned despite telling twice). You have to carry your luggage to the room as there is no one to help you out. Overall a good stay, but better options may be available in Kottayam.
