Pathetic service provided by this hotel. They make to much noise and do not think about the guest. Our rooms have been dirty on the first entry. They do maintenance work in the middle of the night at 11pm using hammers. Bedsheets dirty with stains, cups dirty. Please if anyone is thinking of going to this hotel, i suggest choose another hotel

We stayed at Hotel Kridha Residency in the month of June 2025, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel was comfortable, and perfectly located. The front office staff, especially Preti, was extremely courteous, professional, and helped me for my family tour. The restaurant team, led by Ganesh and his boss, made our dining experience memorable with their delicious food and outstanding service. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made us feel at home. We would highly recommend Hotel Kridha Residency to anyone visiting the area.

Hospitality is very poor. We were treated as if we made a mistake. Restaurant u even have to ask for glass of water. Absolutely unprofessional

It was nice stay and everything was good too like the view, balcony and the parking . It was at the best location from where you can cover every mandir of the vrindavan

Superb Staff and service. A complete religious place and environment. The staff are so cooperative from check in to check out they are simply awesome. All the staff be it restaurant or reception or house keeping or security or assistance staff and what not all of them are really superb!!!! Radhe Radhe

Hospitality should be about making guests feel welcome—this place clearly missed the memo. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. There are plenty of hotels out there where guests are treated with basic courtesy. This is not one of them. Will ask for the money first so don’t get trapped ..

Restaurant wise they need better management. Restaurant service very poor. And OK cleanliness overall. Food is good specially Pudina Paratha. Taste amazing. Don’t want to recommend much. But could be due to lack of staff and inexperience.

Ambience is good but food and service is pathetic I stayed there I went for breakfast I asked for hot tea and strong they denied and said this is the only tea we have cashier was so rude over all experience is 02/10 because of bad food and service.
