Booked through *******, continental breakfast on website said served 7-11am but was had a sign at desk stating 9-10am buffet. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, the mattress had an enormous sag in the middle. Lighting was terrible as well. Only good thing was the selection of tv channels. Thats if the tv worked. Had to move tooms because the tv stopped working 15 minutes into our stay. Hot tub was also good.

Overall, I would say that this was a pretty nice place, clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did have problems getting the Roku TV to work, but the staff provided a suitable remote that did the job. One nightstand had a drawer that would not stay shut, and the water pressure in the toilet was insufficient to clear anything more solid than toilet paper.

Clean and convenient location. Friendly staff. It has a hot tube it was nice to relax. Air conditioner in the corridor was making a noticeable noise.

我们选择这家酒店是因为它看起来干净又现代，而实际情况也确实如此。它不算豪华，但也绝非廉价房。工作人员服务态度不错，但前台并非24小时开放，所以如果您在非营业时间入住，需要到酒店外的指定投递箱领取钥匙，之后您会收到一封邮件，告知您如何领取房卡。欧陆式早餐非常令人失望（比如：主菜只有煮鸡蛋或包装好的玛德琳蛋糕，哈哈），只有常见的酸奶、吐司、麦片和咖啡。种类非常有限，如果您很在意早餐，建议去别的地方吃。除此之外，这家酒店干净安全，如果您要参加观鲸之旅，酒店距离观鲸点只有5分钟或15分钟路程，出行十分便利。
