The Ganga flowing by and the peaceful ambiance of the luxurious yet traditional Pilibhit house made our day extra special.

Exceptional. A room with a view unlike any other - The Ganges flowing almost by your door. Staff , management, , kitchen and chef superb Felt like you were at home. Service polite friendly efficient and nothing too much . Add on an intimate evening Aarti on the private Ghat to balance with the major Asrti in the town. And everyone smiles with a. Open heart.

Staying n the services at Pilibhit House was excellent with warm welcome. Excellent services from the all the staff member from the Door *** to rReception n Restaurant staff. Got good service from staff Priya n all. Amazing Arti darshan of Gangaji which was like Heaven to us. Over all excellent. ❤️

Exceptional experience. The staff was ever so courteous and so helpful and caring. The high tea was mesmerising the live bhajans /devotional instrumental music and view of Holy river Ganges and the comfort of all luxuries with mouth watering food... It made the trip very memorable.

I don’t even know where to begin… From the moment we checked in on November 1st until our farewell on the 4th, we were truly transported to heaven and back. From the grand reception to the smallest detail, the staff at Pilibhit House were impeccable — ever so polite, gracious, and duty-bound. A heartfelt thanks to Jitendra, Nikita, Disha, Priya, Abhishek, Logesh, Sanjit, Hemant, Arvind (our tour guide), and Rajpal (our chauffeur) — you made us feel completely at home and treated us with such genuine respect and care. We only hope we were equally good guests in return. The location of Pilibhit House is a dream for any pilgrim visiting Haridwar. The evening Ganga Aarti, accompanied by the soulful bhajans sung by two talented gentlemen during high tea, and Vashu Chautala’s evening performance, created an atmosphere of serenity beyond words — especially with the divine Maa Ganga gently flowing by our side. The food at both restaurants was exceptional — pure, healthy, and incredibly delicious. One would hardly believe it was all vegetarian! The chef (whose name I unfortunately forget) would personally greet us each day to ensure our satisfaction — and our answer was always an enthusiastic “Absolutely yes!” A special mention to Arvind, our remarkable tour guide — without him, we would have never managed to visit and have darshan at Chandi Devi, Mansa Devi, Mayapuri Devi, Daksh Temple, and the ancient Vishnu temples of Haridwar. Each visit was deeply blessed and perfectly coordinated. And then came the dream come true — Har Ki Pauri. The magnitude of its spiritual energy is beyond imagination. To stand where Maha Vishnu’s feet touched the earth, near the Brahmakund where Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh graced the spot together — I still get goosebumps thinking about it. It was only possible because of Pilibhit House and their flawless arrangements. Our chauffeur Rajpal deserves special praise too — patient, kind, and ever accommodating to my “stop here, stop there” requests for photos! Lastly, Nikita, Jitendra, Hemant, and Akash — heartfelt thanks to you and your teams for orchestrating such warm hospitality throughout our stay. It was a beyond-fabulous experience, and I truly felt spoilt to the fullest. Thank you, thank you, thank you — from the bottom of our hearts. Location of the property is too good! It’s on the water with some rooms water facing. All the rooms are beautiful, comfortable and clean. It’s serene and has a private waterfront to take dip in Ganga. We went when river was closed for cleaning and yet it was so beautiful. The entire family wants more trips since it’s also driving distance from Delhi. The duty mgr Hemant Singh was omnipresent and eager to please. He remembered my brother from a prior trip. Very personal. The only thing we didn’t care was the high tea. Indian snacks weren’t tasty in the high tea. They made it up on the brunch though!
