简直糟透了,入住当晚,枕头床单到处是脏的! 看图吧,叫了很多次半夜才来换。 第二天回来发现竟然没有打扫卫生,催了三次找平台投诉才来! 万达文华800多一晚的房费,竟然是这样的!

土耳其万达文华酒店住的非常的不爽,原因不是房间不够大,房间挺大的的,原因是他的早餐太差劲了
做一个五星级的酒店,收费五星级的酒店稍微贵一点,但是早餐东西吃好像就进去了一个素食餐厅,早餐没有一片肉,没有一片培根,没有一个三文鱼,上有什么牛肉牛排或者是鸡腿的都没有如果是一个中餐厅也没有中餐拥有的荤菜,除了素食全是素食,有几个白水煮蛋之外,那剩下的就是这个炒鸡蛋,然后就是西红柿炒蛋,还有一个红色的火腿这个红色的火腿这个红色的火仔在这个早餐里面冲到了整个门面功夫在凉菜里面出现红彤彤的,然后熟蒸熟了红色的还有切片用西红柿橘的,一共有三种,一共出现了五份一个食品的红色火腿肠可以吃吐怀疑人生
其实是健身房,他不是24小时开房的,早上9:00到晚上9:00出差来土耳其的人早上9:00已经到客户来开会去了,等到你晚上回来应酬回来累了休息一下
他在房屋建筑整体来就硬件不错,但是B栋上电梯的那个走廊实在是太窄了,从电梯口出来到玻璃窗前总共还不到1米宽,显得特别的局促和狭义非常的不舒服
放食物的桌子做得老高了,垫脚尖都看不到盘子是什么菜?出差的时候人家那些巨人国也没看到餐厅里面的桌子那么高的还一层一层的架子来放菜和面包面包夹的夹不到拿个夹子的手里面的夹不到面包,我就不知道是什么样的人设计,这样的桌子这么高服务的也看到土耳其的人比我们中国人要更高到哪里去啊?非常的不忍心,非常的不贴近现实的使用。
可能酒店的人比较多,早上7:00多钟下楼去吃饭,就没有地方做,根本没地方做,也没人安排座位走进去自己去占座位,偶尔有闲置的一个空位置,没人整理,然后我就站在中台吃东西,服务员很不耐烦的叫我去插针的去做别人的桌子那里要我去做又没有收拾,他叫你去做你去做呀,我想你没收拾我咋坐呀
食品真的没有啥可以选择的。只有一种红色火腿肠,冷盘,熟食,都是一种。然后就是圣女果,我是无法吃饱,更不用谈吃得好。如果不改善,我不想再来了。太让我失望了。
不得不说酒店离市中心真的非常非常远(两小时起步)如果自由行来旅游真的不推荐住这里。
工作人员是没什么热情的包括主管在内(女生稍微好点)关于讲中文被歧视这个事需要澄清一下讲英文他们也一样歧视,非常平等的创死每个人!另外送东西这个事情可绝了,只要接线员是男的东西就不可能会送。催完只会回复OK I’ll follow up!
房间卫生大致看还不错仔细一看还不如大致看一下,就不说房间那些磕碰损坏无法处理的问题了,水瓶、纸屑总能在沙发底下、桌子底下找到。上一个住客还蛮贴心的怕我两瓶水不够喝还给我留了半壶水(真是好心人)吹风机也不知道从哪个犄角旮旯翻出来的。
记得备好基础药物等,被划伤后问前台要一个创可贴他们表示酒店没有储备任何相关的物品或药品还去前台后面的房间找过,另外行李保管员可能有兼职,你问任何地方地方他都说不知道然后加一句需要帮你叫出租车吗。
酒店餐厅还行比较符合中国人胃口,价格和外面餐厅差不多
老王家的产业卖给当地人经营了?硬件还是很不错的,但服务和早餐都很一般。酒店位于新欧洲区,距离亚洲区和景点遍地的老欧洲区很远。卫生做的太差了,哪都脏。和前台提要求,前台根本不理,当晚入住的中国游客都被安排在视野不好的一楼。口碑都要被败完了。
服务比较到位,早上到了还没到登机入住的时间,前台的服务生主动帮助我寄存行李,可以说基本的英语,交流没有大问题.入住过程帮忙链接酒店wifi,感谢酒店的sup mahmut,sinan 和meulut,态度热情,良好.酒店有健身房,有小孩的游乐园内部配套环境不错,但酒店周围基本没有什么商业和娱乐,离地铁站也比较远.乘公交和地铁出行比较麻烦.
地理位置还算可以,可是管理实在需要加强,卫生几乎不搞,我住五天,床单被套都没有换过,洗澡间每次都是水满金山。需要非常小心。床单还是两节。
是我之前出差土耳其所有酒店中最差的一个,订的是酒店,给的是公寓房。冰箱里有上个客户吃剩的饼干,也不知道为什么不清理掉!床品感觉不是新换的,水壶底部已生锈,卫生间卷子脏的**,淋浴间没有洗发水和沐浴露,只能干斯一个肥皂草草了事。31楼,噪音还那么大!早餐更是一般,看这个一圈只能啃干面包。
最臭蛋的是,想问前台借用一个插头转接头 ,之前住的酒店都能免费提供,结果倒好 ,他们直接说那边的自动售卖机上有的卖,价格450。直接晕倒!
好像说是中国老板投资的酒店,不过说实话,体验感太差!不推荐。
现在终于知道大家为什么都定这个酒店了,本人本来订错了入住日期,本想着,3000块没了,跟携程客服联系三天都没有用,只在入住时跟大堂工作人员说了一下便给我全退了,酒店的服务让人感动,大家以后定酒店可以直接找经理,很便宜
