Room was good, But when we came way passed the check in time our room was still not ready, Cler at the counter said he was waiting for us to ask if we have enough patience to wait while he will Clean the room, like why would they not clean it sooner. Room was great but the fact that it wasn't ready 4-5hrs passed check in time was very frustrating. We had to wait in the lobby for him to clean, and everyone who came after us also had to sit in the lobby and wait till clerk came back.

This place is great! From the staff to the clean property & facility. The beds are firm and pillows had both firm and soft options. Walkable restaurants that are open late which was prefect for me.

Upon checking in the guy asked me to look at my credit card info to see if he had charged $80, damage fee, twice. Said he wasn’t sure if he did or not. Didn’t appear he did. That was July 13, 2025. He mentioned the $80 would come off my card in any three days. Today ohs July30, 2025 and status shows pending as it has since then. Why???? There was NO damage to room nor property!

The property was new and felt clean and comfortable to come to after traveling half the day and needing to rest your head and relax and rejuvenate. The breakfast had plenty of options too.
