Greeted by two very polite employees that quickly got us into a room away from the group of young adults without us even asking. Very much appreciated.

This would have been 5 stars if not for the key reader on the main parking lot door not working. Having to walk around to the front of the hotel in a massive thunderstorm because the door wouldn't open at the parking area was not fun. Otherwise the room was clean, comfy, and everything looked pretty new. The staff were friendly as well.

Check in was smooth and check-in clerk (Lawrence?) gave us excellent dining recommendations.

Overall clean hotel with very nice staff. We ran in to a small issue and staff was empathetic and ensured issue(s) were resolved.

Both breakfast employees worked hard and did great, but the older lady made us feel like we were at our grandmother's house!

Room was good, But when we came way passed the check in time our room was still not ready, Cler at the counter said he was waiting for us to ask if we have enough patience to wait while he will Clean the room, like why would they not clean it sooner. Room was great but the fact that it wasn't ready 4-5hrs passed check in time was very frustrating. We had to wait in the lobby for him to clean, and everyone who came after us also had to sit in the lobby and wait till clerk came back.

This place is great! From the staff to the clean property & facility. The beds are firm and pillows had both firm and soft options. Walkable restaurants that are open late which was prefect for me.
