Staff was really active and cooperative. Good quality food. Reception staff specially Ms. Mehek was really helpful, polite and cooperative. Mr. Mukesh Mahto cheff was really good and his food making experience is really appreciated. Staying in Fern residency was excellant experience. Would recommend this to everyone for stay. We enjoyed everything in nice and appreciable manner.

前台工作人员态度冷漠,很多方面都不了解流程,既不专业也不友好。前台经理同样反应迟钝,也不愿提供帮助。员工脸上没有笑容(跟机场安检人员一样!)。酒店本身很漂亮也很干净。我会再次入住,因为它的确不错,但如果员工能更热情友好一些,那就更好了。

这次入住体验并不好,尤其考虑到这家酒店加入了万豪旅享家计划。我的妻子是万豪金卡会员,她通过万豪App预订了房间,但前台却很难添加我们的会员号码。我们不得不反复解释。酒店本身比较老旧,设计也不合理,照明很差。我们住在111号房间。最令人恼火的是床头插座,插得太紧,我们甚至都无法给手机充电。当我们告知酒店并要求更换三孔插座时,他们却一头雾水。幸运的是,床头灯的插座可以用,我们才勉强在那里给手机充上了电。食物还可以,但唯一称职的员工是餐厅的服务员。除此之外,这家酒店没有任何值得称道的地方。附近还有其他酒店,如果可以的话,建议选择其他酒店。我们预订这家酒店是因为我们是万豪会员,但这家酒店远未达到万豪的标准。
