The room size was larger but there are so many insect like cockroaches in the room...😮💨 The bathroom was not good because the water pipe was broken and water was constantly leaking.😑 Even room service couldn't fix it.😑😑 My experience in mount embassy is not good any more.
But one thing I liked about the hotel there's staff was very polite and very friendly ☺️ that's it.

The hotel gave me a room with a poisonous insect; I called them, but they responded after 10 minutes. They shifted me twice—once to an already booked room, then to a damp, low-budget one with a broken phone, missing TV remote, and a faulty main gate lock.

good place to stay..but staff are themselves not aware of their own rules. Nice location , foods are super pricey.

I had a stay for 1 day in this hotel.
Theek location is ok. The staff response is not good. The dental kit was denied and I was forced to go out and buy one. I had checked out at 9AM and the complimentary breakfast was not served until that time.The Cleanness of the toilet was not good.

这是我一生中最糟糕的经历。我们进入接待区时，那里满是灰尘，我们进入房间时，发现房间里到处都是蟑螂，最好的床单很脏，房间墙壁漏水，房间发臭，浴室门也腐烂破损，窗帘上满是灰尘，很脏。我们带着 6 岁的孩子一起去，但他甚至拒绝住在这家酒店。我们晚上 10 点左右入住，预付了 500 印度卢比，但他们拒绝退还这笔钱，因为 Anjan Rai 说我们只是在房间里做了害虫防治，我们无能为力，因为他们的政策是不可退款的。所以大约晚上 10:30 后，我们离开了房间，带着 6 岁的孩子寻找其他酒店。我完全不推荐住在这家酒店。工作人员粗鲁，房间不干净，环境不卫生。
