Worst experience till date. Worse than cheap lodges and OYO rooms. Only better than railway platform. Broken toilet seat. When we entered, it was horror experience. cockroaches, poorly maintained dingy looking rooms and hotel. I dont know which agency gave it 3 star. it is 0 stars. They changed the room but it was worse than before. One staff said, all bathrooms are like this only. They are charging premium rate for this poor quality room. Like even cheap lodges have a functioning toilet. Rude unprofessional hotel staff. I would not stay in this hotel or any treebo chain hotel even if i got it for free. We came to Indore to have nice family time but thanks to the rude hotel staff and poor hotel infra, a lot of my time was spent talking with treebo customer care as the hotel staff couldn't care less. I regret not looking at the reviews before.

Stay at hotel shiv Chhaya hotel was very good matched our expectations Rooms are neat and clean Front desk staff was very friendly and gentle. This hotel has inbuilt restaurant food was so delicious and tasty breakfast was also good at given time.

Rooms are neat and clean staff behaviour also very good Location wise hotel was good. No issues was found. This hotel has very calm and beautiful happy and prosperous environment this also have an restaurant food was so delicious veg and non veg both are very delicious.

Don't get deceived by 9+ rating on trivago. The place absolutely lacks minimum amenities like soap, towel, shampoo, water, parking even for two wheelers, electricity... Yes yes, even electricity with lose circuit (can cause even electric shocks so beware, no kidding) . The hospitality is is even worse than that, they won't even pick up calls, won't allow any guests even for 5 minutes. Basically, for the price you are paing per day, only reside if you don't have any other options or be ready for terrible level of frustration or disappointment. I personally left the hotel even before my paid extra stay because of utter level of disappointment. Don't fall for backing by treebo. @Treebo, please maintain your reputation as we sort of trust a hotel because it is backed by you. I availed the stay because it was backed by your name and as you can guess from above I think just not me anybody will feel their money was worth nothing. So, no advise.... But, please keep your level of scrutiny to a certain respectable bar so me or people don't stop trusting your brand. You can probably guess from Google Maps no of ＜2 rating as a percentage of overall rating that it is not just my opinion that these people are certainly providing service that's way below pathetic while running under your name. Thanks.

Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

Friendly staff, good location at economical price. One must stay if coming to Indore. Hygienic food ***** with all amenities. Walking distance to Vijay nagar square and Radission hotel. Good for family stay. Food is available till 11 Pm. thank You
