Bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows don’t work for people with neck problems. Those were the only negatives.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway. There are a few restaurants nearby and a grocery store. The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped but the bed (mattress and pillows) is not comfortable. There is a gym (the AC was not working so working out was not an option) and a small laundromat on the premises. The breakfast actually offered real food: fried eggs, biscuits, sausages, turkey bacon, cheese, waffles, oatmeal, grits, cereal.
All in all, it was a good option with the only but important limitation being the quality of the bed.

酒店员工态度友好，但对我们作为客人的需求却漠不关心，反应迟缓。作为希尔顿荣誉客会会员，我们理应享受到更高的服务标准。我在酒店住了七天，期间多次要求客房服务，但七天里只送来了一次。酒店承诺会多次送餐，但从未兑现。我们甚至不得不反复前往前台，仅仅是为了更换毛巾。
酒店本身还不错。我通过Travelocity预订了两间房，但当我们到达时，他们只显示我们预订了一间房，而这家酒店已经客满了，所以我们最终不得不和别人合住一间带沙发床的房间。我问酒店是否会帮我们铺沙发床，得到的答复是不会，说床单在抽屉里。所以现在我们成了午夜十二点的清洁工。当我们打开沙发床时，发现里面竟然是旧床单，所以我们又成了午夜十二点的清洁工。酒店说这是Travelocity的错，不是他们的错。我不在乎是谁的错，但我认为我应该得到补偿。
他们没有我的预订记录。我出示了确认号码和邮件。经理从我身边走过，既没说话也没打招呼。拿到房卡花了超过30分钟。
床铺散发着尿骚味
我们的房间里有两张床。我们躺下准备睡觉时，发现床单上层散发着尿骚味！简直太恶心了！最后我们只好用了另一张床的被子。我把这件事告诉前台，他们只是敷衍地说了句“我会转告他们”，连句道歉都没有！
以前我们住在这家连锁酒店，他们从来没有向我们收取过任何费用。
