Came to check out Reelfoot Lake. Hotel was clean, public bathroom was very clean. Room was very comfortable and had all amenities; clean room and bathroom.

Very nice property. We were in Union City for a surprise party. The hotel was easy to find. Staff was kind and welcoming. Great breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again when in the area.

Everyone was so nice. Everyone that works there goes out of their way to help in any way. Great staff!!!!

入住体验不太好。前台的女士非常粗鲁。我们的房间很安静，但空调整晚都断电。不过，退房的工作人员和早餐都很棒。
干净、较新的酒店，条件非常好。泳池水温太低。我们住了两晚，房间没有打扫，毛巾也没有换，这让我们很失望。
地理位置便利，方便在该地区游览。房间非常干净，工作人员很有礼貌。
