We travelled in a large group and narrowed this down to this Hotel and the Holiday Inn Express. At the same price point and free breakfast. The Hilton Garden Inn had a lackluster breakfast for $16.50 per person. While you can chose to eat there or not, you cannot chose to open a pool that has been closed for two months and not notice.

As rated staff and room status was as expected for a Hilton. The loss of streaming and WIFI for the entire stay was unacceptable, made planning impossible. Had to totally rely on cell phone service. The location is a tourist desert without service within walking distance, hence a monopoly on breakfast service at $17 for what at Hampton is complementary.
