I stayed at Treebo Itsy Deluxe Inn, T. Nagar (Sir Thyagaraya Nagar) on 3rd and 4th November 2025. Based on the reviews available online, I initially thought it was a good deal and booked the stay. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and unsafe. The rooms do not have windows for ventilation or natural light, making them completely enclosed. On 4th November around 7:30 PM, a major fire accident broke out in my room (Room 304). There were no fire extinguishers on any floor, no visible fire exit routes or emergency plans, and no immediate safety response from the hotel staff. When I requested to shift to another room due to the smoke and damage, the staff refused to help. Another guest in Room 305 — a lady staying with her 11-year-old daughter — faced a similar issue. I have already raised this matter with the Treebo support team and am awaiting a proper resolution and compensation. I also had to cut short my stay due to the unsafe conditions and poor staff response. If you are planning to stay here, please do not go by the fake positive reviews. Safety and guest support are completely neglected at this property.

All is good for stay. Only thing is no car parking. By mistake I didn't aware. It's little bit difficult to me. Car parking is 300 meters in road side parking. Taking luggage and goto hotel. Must improve breakfast menu. Otherwise all is good

Seems to be a new property. Quite clean linen , bathroom. Front desk were friendly. I requested for a late checkout. Tried their best to help me. Quite a comfortable stay. Good restaurants are nearby. Located on the busy shopping area. Easy to get cab/ auto.

Location is excellent as it is in shopping hub. Breakfast is ok to have. Small and neat rooms. Staff is excellent. The most drawback of the property is it doesn’t have proper mobile network in most of the rooms.
