As the weather is too cold. you would have left the tap open- water running for at least 30- 50 seconds to get hot water at tap because our hotel is 30% occupied as people not using water much it will take time to water to run from boiler to your room. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent any future occurrences.
