The room was like ‘lipstick on a pig’ - they wanted to make it look nice but it really wasn’t and left much to be desired. A terrible night’s sleep due to constant noise within the hotel ALL NIGHT - from other guests, elevator, and I don’t know what else. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

The floor and furniture was dirty. Stains on the sheets. The freezer was disgusting. Worst of all was the roaches. We didnt see just one or two either. The place was infested.

I drove three hours to come to this hotel for an event but when I get here my room was not ready. Which is very inconvenient especially coming from a far distance

No hot water in shower, not even luke warm, shower fixture only attached to wall by plumbing, mirror in bath only attached at top appeats it could easilt be knock off the wall, no hairdryer in room, no ice bucket, one chair, closet doors difficult to move.
Breakfast was adequate but nothing was hot.
Overall we were displeased and will not consider Comfort Inn in the future.

Very disappointing stay. No hot water the first morning. Ran out of food options and juice at breakfast. Bed was uncomfortable and room was not clean (stains on couch and bathroom had hair in it). Asked the front desk for extra towels and we were told to go to our room and call the front desk (that we were standing at?) and then when we called the front desk they told us to come down to get towels.

DO NOT STAY HERE. THERE ARE ROACHES. We got there and noticed the sheets were dirty and there was a blood stain on the sheet. We requested a new room and that room was still dirty but better then the last room. We got breakfast in the morning and went to take our food to the room, staff stopped us and said NO FOOD IN THE ROOM DUE TO PEOPLE GETTING ROOMS DIRTY. me and my friend thought that was very odd. We checked out and when I got home I was unpacking my bag and a baby roach was in my bag!!!! I called the hotel and the general manager admitted they had roaches last month but they got an exterminator and that there was no roaches this month. He then proceeded to tell me I cannot get a refund because I did not have proof of the roach. He was very rude and pretty much told me he has a business to run. BEWARE I AM TRYING TO WARN PEOPLE LIKE US. we paid 130$ for the night to potentially have a roach infestation in our own home. Terrible hotel!!!

房间脏得要命。沙发看起来像是1982年左右的,上面还有同样古老的污渍。房间本身就很大,冰箱和炉子都塞得满满的。唯一不好的是,所有的餐具、盘子和杯子都脏得要命,你还能在杯子上看到别人的指纹和唇印。而且,按规定,早餐早上5点开始,结果要到7点才开始。
