Smelly bedding
I stayed at the Hampton Inn and the front desk and housekeeping staff were outstanding by being friendly, attentive, and quick to help. However, the only downside was that the bedding had an unpleasant odor, which made the stay less comfortable.

What worked?
The hotel is newer and for the most part the employees were courteous. First day noticed one of the elevators was inoperative and not in use. Second day went to use the well equipped fitness center and TV was inoperative and maintenance finally said oh well not working. Third day the fitness room was closed because of a leak somewhere.

Property was clean and neat. Only thing that was not good for me and my wife was there was a white pill of some sort on the corner of our bed. Other than that it was great.

It was my daughter’s birthday and the manager and desk clerk sang Happy Birthday to her! The manger of this Hampton Inn is awesome!!!
