Nice Hotel.. Specially location is very nice and you see the complete city of Salem in one place. Some observations are need to maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside and outside of the Hotel...food is great in the sense of quality and quantity...need to add veg menu more for choice and compatibility..

Wonderful Stay with Great Hospitality I had a very pleasant stay at Sterling Yercaud. The property is peaceful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is warm and helpful. A special thanks to Executive Chef Suryanarayan Choudhury—the food was excellent and his personal attention made the experience even better. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall good experience. Staffs were polite and helpful especially Prasanth and Neha from reception and also Reva from the restaurant were really accommodative of our requests. Room’s sit out area could have been renovated a bit. Looks old. Beware of monkeys, but the security staffs were helpful in shooing them away. Ala carte orders took very long to get served. Buffet was good. In door games are good. Gym was for just namesake. Spa looked overpriced as in any big hotels. Alcoholic drinks are more expensive than some other 5 star properties. Overall clean, but can improve in some area like sit out, common area etc. It was quiet and peaceful. Foggy weather limited the view. But was still enjoyable. Location was easily accessible via road.

We recently visited Yercaud and stayed in Sterling. The climate was awesome. Our stay was complemented by the Chef Surya Choudhury ,Mohan, Sanjeev and others through their culinary varieties where the food tasted really good. They even gave us a curated live counter food items which were top notch. The rooms were really neat and the room service team did a great job. Beware of lots of staircases you needs to climb, which is a different experience but a disadvantage when you travel with older people and kids. The people working at Sterling are making up through their great service for these stairs. The Security were really polite and helpful. Especially a special note to the person who hosted the daily evening fireside events and the Discovery Central. Very polite and he even managed to make the crowd dance in drizzling rain. ️ It was a memorable stay in Sterling Yercaud. Thank you !!

还行吧。位置很好。房间有点旧，但还能接受。
我预订的是豪华房，按说面积会大一些，但结果分到的房间却很小。我问了之后，他们说是单间公寓。食物不怎么样，我吃完第二天肚子就不舒服了。唯一的好处是房间的景色很好。
风景非常好，环境也很不错。
