Where to start.... all seemed OK till we got back to the room after going for a drink. The room was fairly basic but ok apart from the pillows which are like they are stuffed with clothes and very uncomfortable. The room was hot and stuffy and turns out the aircon was broken as was the WiFi. We had to open the door slightly to let in some air and got bitten to death by mosquitos plus the noise in the street was so loud it kept us awake till ut stopped at 4.30am. Next day we complained and went for breakfast (one pastry and a coffee at a local cafe). I asked for at least a partial refund. I was told they didn't know about the aircon. Shouldn't a room be checked that it's habitable before being rented out? They told me they knew the WiFi was down because half of Catania was down. They didn't bother to tell us till I brought it up. I Vespri told me they would get back to me....I had to chase them up...and they didn't reply. This is my review. Location. Is central which is why I give 2 stars. Everything else was really bad and not worth it. Really bad service and response from I Vespri
