I am so sorry about our desk clerks behavior when you checked in that is not the way we do things here and I will be addressing it to make sure it does not happen again. We try to make sure our guests get breakfast even when it might be past the time breakfast ends. We do hope to see you again in the future.
酒店回复: I am so sorry that it took you awhile to get into a room. We had some issues with our computers that day which caused our system to glich. This is not something that happens often and we give you a free upgrade to our best room which is an extra large king suite. Again I am sorry you weren't happy with your experience.

The gentleman on the other end of the phone was screaming and yelling and he was asked to stop yelling & screaming which may have been a bit loud but that was the only way he would calm down. It could've been handled better and it will be should it happen again. As far as someone being able to answer the phone, if we are helping another guest in the room there are a few rooms where our phone will not reach. We will be looking into the room issues you brought up as well.

We didn't have a room any closer to the elevator when you arrived or we would have put you in a different room. I am very sorry about that though. We do hope to see you again in the future. You can call us before you arrive and request a room close to the elevator. I will put notes in your profile as well.

前台员工提前一天来电确认到店时间,还主动询问是否需要交通协助(比如高铁接送或停车安排)。入住时,工作人员不仅微笑招手迎接,还送上了热毛巾和欢迎饮料,瞬间洗去旅途疲惫。更惊喜的是,得知我偏好安静,前台小姐姐主动帮忙升级了高楼层房型,并准备了手写欢迎卡和天气提示——这种细节真的太拉好感了。

抵达时一切似乎都很顺利。我们打开行李,挂好衣服,把冰箱装满了食物。几个小时后,我们离开房间回来,发现房间里有一股难闻的气味,像是下水道的臭气。我们向前台投诉。他们没有带特大床的房间可以替换,所以给我们换到了一间有两张大床的房间。我们又得重新打包所有东西,这非常麻烦,然后又搬到了下一个房间。这个房间没有打扫,床铺凌乱,桌子上还有吃了一半的饭菜,房间几乎一片狼藉。这时天色已晚,我的耐心也快耗尽了。我们再次回到前台,他们又一次给我们换了房间。虽然不是我们最初预订的特大床房,但这个房间勉强可以接受。我对打包、拆包、搬来搬去的整个过程感到非常失望和恼火。
我以后再也不会入住贝斯特韦斯特酒店了,而且我希望他们能为这次的麻烦和不便提供一些补偿。
干净安全
我的住宿体验非常棒。工作人员非常友善、专业且热情好客。房间总是干净、舒适且维护良好。最重要的是,每次住在这里我都感到非常安全——这种安心对于出门在外的人来说非常重要。强烈推荐这家酒店
价格还不错。入住手续很顺利,但不太专业。前台员工出来时正在吃贝果,我鼓起勇气告诉他,他脸上沾了一坨奶油奶酪。他说“我知道”,然后就再也没擦掉了!
总而言之:睡得舒服。离开时我跟妻子说我们刚好错过了早餐。刚打扫完房间的那位好心的女士答应帮我们送外卖。这真是太过分了。我们好心地告诉她不用麻烦了,但她的主动服务给我们留下了深刻的印象!
这是我们新婚之夜住的酒店。办理入住大概花了30分钟,然后我们到了房间,发现房间很脏。之前客人的房间还没打扫干净。我们回到前台,前台似乎并不怎么惊讶,这让我感觉这种事好像不是第一次发生。我们最终换了一间房,但确实花了点时间。印象不太好。
我到的时候,经理正在和一个难缠的来电者通话,我听到她当时在前台,处理得非常不专业,语气粗鲁,还大喊大叫。前台的另一位工作人员最终帮我办理了入住。入住体验还行。房间还可以。我老是在床单上发现黑色绒毛,还有长长的灰白头发,都不属于我们任何人。如果您需要什么,祝您好运,因为他们不会接听,您只能去大堂祈祷有人在。不过我还会再来这里住,因为价格合适,位置也不错,但不要期待太多的热情款待。
楼尾有一部电梯。这里住着一位老人。我的房间在离电梯最远的三楼。我们住的三天里,清洁工都没有补给毛巾和纸巾。我把小费留在桌子上,直到我们离开才发现。我每天都会留下那笔小费。如果有人进房间的话。
设施翻新过,网站上看起来不错。但一进去就发现它破败不堪。桌子上有一些宽大的居民用具、棉签和一张卡片,看起来像是切碎的白色残留物。工作人员非常棒!
物有所值,酒店不错
物有所值——房间干净,早餐区也不错。每次进门都能闻到香烟或****的味道,但进去之后就还好。不喜欢床单只有一半大小的枕头。
