酒店位置很好,就在码头对面,离主要景点步行可达(除了米拉马雷城堡)。家庭套房很大,但是看不到海景(携程照片是能看到海景的)。停车是酒店代客泊车,一天支付了34.4欧,退房取车时足足等了20分钟才拿到车,应该是停在离酒店较远的地方。另外酒店管理混乱,明明没有用早餐,退房时却要收取早餐费用,还好及时发现了。
很遗憾我只能给最低评分。我们遇到一个问题,有人投诉说我们房间有噪音,可实际上我太太只是在打电话时笑了两声而已。凌晨一点,酒店礼宾部的人带着投诉的客人上门,并威胁要报警,我觉得这完全不合适。一家自称五星级的酒店应该更专业地处理这类情况,最重要的是,应该有良好的隔音设施,以避免住客之间发生这种不便。
非常好的酒店。我们乘坐邮轮出发地在的里雅斯特,歌诗达邮轮码头就在酒店对面走路五分钟。酒店设施一流早餐丰富,服务热情。推荐坐游轮的小伙伴下榻。

酒店员工英语水平有限,沟通起来有点困难。前台还问我是否愿意额外支付小费,这让我很意外,因为在欧洲,小费和增值税通常都包含在房价里了。现在好像每个人都在索要小费,被这样追问小费让我很不高兴。这在欧洲并不常见。由于语言障碍,这家酒店的员工以及整个的里雅斯特都存在很多沟通上的困难。

地理位置优越,位于海滨。
入住体验很棒,可惜只住了一晚,但我们一定会再来的。早餐棒极了,应有尽有,包括普罗塞克起泡酒。前台接待,甚至到车辆服务,都非常棒。酒店是一座帝国时代的宫殿。房间现代、宽敞、干净、高档,而且非常舒适。强烈推荐。
