酒店位置很好，就在码头对面，离主要景点步行可达（除了米拉马雷城堡）。家庭套房很大，但是看不到海景（携程照片是能看到海景的）。停车是酒店代客泊车，一天支付了34.4欧，退房取车时足足等了20分钟才拿到车，应该是停在离酒店较远的地方。另外酒店管理混乱，明明没有用早餐，退房时却要收取早餐费用，还好及时发现了。
很遗憾我只能给最低评分。我们遇到一个问题，有人投诉说我们房间有噪音，可实际上我太太只是在打电话时笑了两声而已。凌晨一点，酒店礼宾部的人带着投诉的客人上门，并威胁要报警，我觉得这完全不合适。一家自称五星级的酒店应该更专业地处理这类情况，最重要的是，应该有良好的隔音设施，以避免住客之间发生这种不便。
非常好的酒店。我们乘坐邮轮出发地在的里雅斯特，歌诗达邮轮码头就在酒店对面走路五分钟。酒店设施一流早餐丰富，服务热情。推荐坐游轮的小伙伴下榻。

服务无可挑剔（酒吧、前台、代客泊车、礼宾等）。房间宽敞、干净、舒适。配有意利咖啡机，无限量供应茶和水。
床上用品完美。

公共区域非常漂亮。
地理位置优越，位于海滨。
入住体验很棒，可惜只住了一晚，但我们一定会再来的。早餐棒极了，应有尽有，包括普罗塞克起泡酒。前台接待，甚至到车辆服务，都非常棒。酒店是一座帝国时代的宫殿。房间现代、宽敞、干净、高档，而且非常舒适。强烈推荐。
