The room was spacious and clean. All staff that were encountered were pleasant and courteous. The continental beakfast had ample choices, a rareity these days. The hotel is in walking distance of several restaurants and entertainment venues.

Friendly bar service, clean common areas and breakfast was a plus. I felt safe and hotel was close to many bars and restaurants that were within walking distance. I would stay here again

The rooms were clean. The staff made accommodations to move our 90 year old mother on the same floor which eased our anxiety.

The staff was pleasant at check-in and check-out. The cleanliness of the room was amazing, well-stocked, and the space was wonderful! There was an issue I didn’t know about that was resolved before I arrived and I was upgraded to another room that I fell in love with. Seeing my name on the tv screen as I walked in was a great touch. I felt like VIP.

I loved my stay at the Hampton Inn. My only issue is we had a king bed with standard pillows. Also the bed is hard. It was like sleeping on the floor. Other than the bed this was a great place to stay. Staff is great.

这家酒店是格林斯博罗市中心全新的，步行即可探索历史街区。房间很大，早餐不错，健身房也很好。不过，在我入住期间，我的信用卡上竟然多出了一笔未经我同意和签字的消费，这非常不专业。幸运的是，我在退房前查看了信用卡账单并及时投诉了……大家入住时一定要留心未经授权的扣费！
清洁政策是隔天一次。然而，入住时并没有告知。我询问是否需要清理垃圾时，才得知了这项政策。前台找了各种借口，态度非常随意地拒绝了我的请求。最后，酒店说会派人来收垃圾。那天晚上根本没人来收垃圾。我甚至把垃圾袋和垃圾桶分开，方便清理。第二天酒店客房服务恢复时，垃圾就被收走了。之前的工作人员等到第二天下午客房清洁人员来收。这简直令人无法接受！
为了参加一个会议，我住在这家离会场很近的酒店。室内装饰很时尚，住宿很舒适。还有大型健身房和投币式洗衣机，很方便。早餐太丰富了，简直不敢相信是免费的。
如果我必须抱怨的话，那就是没有餐厅或客房服务。大堂里有一个酒吧和一个卖小吃的角落，但他们除了早餐似乎不提供任何食物，这在我晚上10点之后到达时是一个问题。即使在半夜，当货运列车经过附近车站时，我也被大声的喇叭声吵醒。不过，这基本上是一次舒适的住宿。
