We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Rooms, bathroom were clean. All basic amenities were provided.
Morning breakfast provided was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
Check out process was smooth. Good parking area provided.

no water in washroom, switched on after request. Poor breakfast quality. 10 times they call in the morning to remind checkout at 11am.

Sai sentoor hotel stay was good.
The rooms were small but good.
The bathroom was clean, hot water was provided.
The hotel is also near the center.
We didn't opt for breakfast, but near by Hotel 'Palaharam' is walkable and very good taste food.

Worst service provided. We did not stay at the hotel due to some issues. They did not return 1 rupee also. 0% hospitality. Terrible experience from the hotel team.

My recent stay at sai senthoor paradise Puducherry was exceptional overall. I would highly recommend it to couples and families seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The hotel is located in a prime location, close to the beach and many attractions. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the pool and the spa. The food was also excellent, with a wide variety of options. I felt that the hotel was excellent value for money. I would definitely stay there again."

I had an experience of harrasment while staying in this hotel. They take money before giving service. I ordered 4 cups of tea at morning paying the amount otherwise they will not serve you anything. They will not allot you room if you don't pay the full amount in advance. This is ridiculous system. Moreover this property has no restaurant.Most un-professional attutude. We went there through reputed travel agency who paid them advance but still they were denying to give us rooms . What about other guests who do not come through travel company? There is an instruction at your reception "Pay in Advance". Correct yourself....we are guest not thives.

Told that breakfast facility in house but actually bring the food from other places the breakfast served was not good quality & quantity. On 20/11/2024 we not had breakfast as per previous day experience we got good quality breakfast we request you to pay us back breakfast charges. Water for use is also very salty which we cannot use for daily needs

Breakfast served on19/11/202 was of very bad quality oil quality very poor, No test, on 20/11/2024 we have intimated in advance we will not take breakfast as yesterdays quality of breakfast was not satisfactory. Here they charged ₹500/- per day for the same but on 20/11/2024 we had breakfast @ Other place @₹360/- of very good quality. I request you to refund my breakfast charges for 20/11/2024. The hotel shown in-house restorant but not having the facility. Even salty water is served for utilities

Besides the fact that room size is little small, everything went so well. The reception guy was so helpful for any queries or needs. Very understanding and supportive.
