Excellent property— clean and efficient service except for late night dinners. VERY SLOW, each of 3 evenings—wait times exceeded 1 hour). Food quality was excellent. Room was comfortable.

Lovely hotel.
Best Hotel I’ve stayed at in Northeast India.
Comfortable rooms excellent service.
Gym equipment was fine. One elliptical would have been nice instead of three treadmills.
The live music in the sky bar was very good and provided a good atmosphere for taking dessert and a cocktail after dinner out with friends.
总体来说还不错,但有一件事我无法接受:我点了客房送餐服务,结果有一道菜没上。服务员让我等,然后我就一直等啊等,直到我快吃完所有菜的时候,那道菜还是没上。所以我又打电话给客房送餐部门,他们告诉我,我点的那道菜“状态不好”,所以让我点另一道菜,于是我点了一道价格相同的菜。然后,发生了一件很搞笑的事。菜上来后,服务员过来结账,结果给了我两张账单,一张是4000多卢比,另一张是766卢比。当时我正在打电话,所以就付了账。更搞笑的是,服务员居然还问我要小费,说我之前已经给了……算了,我又给了。第二天我去前台结账的时候,他们只给了我一张4000多卢比的账单,另一张766卢比的账单不见了,他们既没法补发,也说不出那张账单是干什么用的。最后,他们免去了我们一杯冰美式和一杯橙汁的费用,就这些?我不想再争论了,因为当时赶着去机场,就这样吧。
