I had a wonderful stay here. The staff was welcoming and professional from check-in to check-out. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness.

I overall really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The manager Kaeon was very helpful when we encountered an issue upon check-in. The hotel doesn’t have room service, but there is a restaurant on the first floor. I would give it five stars but our room was halfway cleaned the first day and didn’t get cleaned until after 4 pm the second day. Only one bed was made and the toilet wasn’t cleaned either.

As always the room was clean and commodious. I was concerned that the parking garage would be full when I wanted to park, but I was able to find a good space each time I was there. I hope that it will be the same when there is a more popular show at The Fox.

The check in was good until my husband went to take a shower and almost fell because they tub was so slippery had to call the front desk twice the sent someone up with a stopper for the tub. We check out the bill was about $365.42 but when I look at my card account they had charged me $365.42 plus $90.00. I called 3 days ago and left a message with the billing department but no one was returned my call
