Went to check in! It was at 2 as we had a function to be at and came in from out of town! Waited at desk as no one there. Waited ten minutes person came out was not dressed for a front desk .no room available Was told to come back at 2:45 pm! We did come back told to come back at 3. No room was available yet! Waited til 3 returned to desk new person there and other lady said this was our third time back. I think her name was Monica said she would compensate us as no room where still open as housekeeping had not released any king size rooms, finally 3:15 they got us a room was a handicap room! No compensation was ever given as was told pillows where aweful bed was very uncomfortable was on a board no box springs. For what we paid was not really worth it!

Overall good stay, would stay again visiting the area.

Customer Service
Front Desk was fabulous. We had an issue with door key deactivating several times and the inability to charge phones in the room. She took care of the issues. She otoviddd excellent customer service and had an awesome smoke.

Great place to stay
Easy parking, friendly front desk and cleaning staff. Very clean room and the sheets were nice and soft. Only sad thing was the coffee pot for breakfast ran out frequently, both mornings that l was there.

Overall stay was great. Loved the shower caddy with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Safety was there main focus. Wish there were some trash bags to throw stuff away.

在我办理入住手续 15 分钟后，骗子就打电话到我的房间，说他们需要我的信用卡，但我没有把卡交给电话里的孩子，而是去了前台，那不是他们——那天晚上晚些时候和第二天早上，其他几个人告诉我，他们接到了同样的电话，有些人甚至被骗走了信用卡。

房间很干净；比入住时间提前了40分钟到达，他们说我的房间（特大床）还没准备好，所以给我降级了（大床），价格没有任何折扣，但至少我可以入住了。然而，在我入住后的24小时内，房间里的一些现金不见了……这让我很沮丧，因为我本来打算把这些钱送给有需要的人。而且，第二天早上只有浓咖啡，没有冰镇的half&half混合奶。第二天早上也没有香蕉或普通牛奶（只有脱脂牛奶）来搭配麦片。床比我喜欢的硬，而且我住的第一晚凌晨1点就能听到停车场对面垃圾车的鸣笛声。
