Room was spotless, warm and roomy. Breakfast was pretty good; ran out of coffee the second morning there, and it was within the first hour of breakfast opening. The waffle batter container broke, and started pouring out, for an elderly couple, and the 3 staff members at the front desk took their sweet time coming over (while the woman was having to keep trading out the cups so the batter didnt go everywhere)…then upon my chevkout, NO ONE WAS AROUND TO CHEVK OUT…2-3 ppl were ahead of me, wsiting to do the same…l kept calling to the back employee area, and eventually a cleaning lady came out and said she’d find her…it took several more minutes for the front desk person to return (she commented that she was helping the lady with the breakast area)…? When pol have an Uber waiting and planes to catch, it frustrating to not be able to check out quickly. Also, when l chevked in, l discovered my large sliding window wasnt latched/locked up, which unnerved me a little. Btw-when l checked in, no complimentary water was offered to me…is that no longer a thing offered to marriott members?

Great stay. Friendly staff. Clean room and hotel in general. We have stayed here several times over the years and have had a great experience every time.

The shower had hard water build up and could have been cleaner. The walls were thin you could hear alarms going off in rooms when you walk by in the hallway. But aside from that it was a great experience and staff was friendly and helpful. Rest of room was clean and bed was comfortable. Overall good stay. If you don’t mind a little noise from the other rooms it’s a good choice.

My bed was very hard and low to the floor. Only 1 lamp worked in my room. Bathroom door didnt lock or shut completely. A lamp was un plugged and would plug back in th wall. Only 1 outlet worked in the room.

Went to check in! It was at 2 as we had a function to be at and came in from out of town! Waited at desk as no one there. Waited ten minutes person came out was not dressed for a front desk .no room available Was told to come back at 2:45 pm! We did come back told to come back at 3. No room was available yet! Waited til 3 returned to desk new person there and other lady said this was our third time back. I think her name was Monica said she would compensate us as no room where still open as housekeeping had not released any king size rooms, finally 3:15 they got us a room was a handicap room! No compensation was ever given as was told pillows where aweful bed was very uncomfortable was on a board no box springs. For what we paid was not really worth it!

在我办理入住手续 15 分钟后，骗子就打电话到我的房间，说他们需要我的信用卡，但我没有把卡交给电话里的孩子，而是去了前台，那不是他们——那天晚上晚些时候和第二天早上，其他几个人告诉我，他们接到了同样的电话，有些人甚至被骗走了信用卡。

房间很干净；比入住时间提前了40分钟到达，他们说我的房间（特大床）还没准备好，所以给我降级了（大床），价格没有任何折扣，但至少我可以入住了。然而，在我入住后的24小时内，房间里的一些现金不见了……这让我很沮丧，因为我本来打算把这些钱送给有需要的人。而且，第二天早上只有浓咖啡，没有冰镇的half&half混合奶。第二天早上也没有香蕉或普通牛奶（只有脱脂牛奶）来搭配麦片。床比我喜欢的硬，而且我住的第一晚凌晨1点就能听到停车场对面垃圾车的鸣笛声。
