位置离火车站非常非常近,基本就在旁边,离水上巴士站也很近,坐火车非常方便。但是如果是坐飞机的话,下了巴士要过一个只有台阶的大桥,拖箱子的可能会有点点不方便。河景房有个小阳台可以看河景,尽量要高楼层的,视野会更好
该酒店很不错,欧洲出行还是要自带拖鞋呀,位置很不错,就在宪法桥和火车站旁边,酒店前台是印度人(服务还不错),隔天换了个本地人(**)!
整体体验超差,明明和酒店确认了房型,而且作为提前预定,付的费用也是远高于当天价格预定的,差价很高就不说了。与我们预定的房型不符,于是提出房型不对的问题,酒店大堂甚至莫名故意询问我们年龄,还看护照大声念出我们的年纪,并进行言语侮辱,嘴里还说着chinese…在当天还有许多房型剩余的情况下,酒店大堂男前台坚持要安排2楼的尾房,昏暗无窗房型,表示如果要换当下空余的房间要加价81欧。
这已经不是体验感的问题了,这涉及到酒店的严重态度和管理,浪费了我们旅途至少半天的时间。这趟旅途很糟糕,歧视严重,对待不同人种态度不同,只能说,极差。
意大利之行定的最贵的酒店,3000多一晚,房间面积很小。特地加钱定的“高级景观房”,想在房间欣赏一下运河的风景,效果见照片,只有把头探出去才能看到运河。服务可以说是没有,额外的被子没有被套,叫服务员到房间给加被套,结果也只有一个被单,直到退房也没拿来被套。唯一的优点就是近,从Santa Lucia火车站出来二三十米就到,不用拖着行李箱走在威尼斯坑坑洼洼的石头路上。
就地理位置而言,这是威尼斯最棒的酒店了。从圣卢西亚火车站出来,左转走30米就到了。完全不用拖着行李箱过桥,省心省力。服务也特别好,尤其是行李员和吉诺(Gino),我们有求必应,熨斗、熨衣板、水甚至电热水壶都给我们送来了。早餐中规中矩,三星半吧。少了点粥,种类也比较单一,每天都一样。如果下次再来威尼斯,我们肯定还会住这里。
酒店位置很好,离圣露西亚火车站很近,拖行李过来也挺方便的。景点步行都非常方便,酒店前面是水上交通点。虽然设施破旧了点,但房间还大的。早餐可以,周边有很多好吃餐厅和纪念品店。
从接待服务到优越的地理位置(就在车站旁边),一切都非常棒。早餐种类丰富,清洁工作无可挑剔,房间设施齐全,让住宿体验非常愉快。在威尼斯,这是一个绝佳的选择。
位置绝了,主岛火车站出来左转走两分钟,出门就是赤足桥,水上巴士站也在旁边,虽然不便宜,但是实在太方便了,第一天早上到先把行李存上去玩,第二天退房后可以再把行李存上去玩,住一天可以最大化的感受威尼斯。早饭很棒,前台服务人员也很好,房间不大但可接受,唯一就是没有烧水壶。
威尼斯火车站出来左转没多远就到了,我们在携程上预定好,到了前台说没有客房,让我们去其他酒店。和携程平台沟通后给安排了一间最角落的房间,房间确实挺大的,但由于外面全是设备平台,所有噪音特别的大,由于刚好遇到当地狂欢节,所以房费贵的离谱,整体性价比不高。
房间非常干净,一尘不染,前台工作人员非常友好热情,早餐的品种也很丰富,还有一个最赞的就是位置就在岛上的火车站旁边,几步之遥,非常便利
