挺好的酒店,环境优美、干净整洁卫生。4楼有健身房,早餐也丰盛,晚餐挺便宜的,如果要额外点餐的话就很贵了,两瓶啤酒800多卢比。在市中心,就是拜访客户要花一个小时坐车

房间宽敞干净,地理位置优越,服务一流。早餐菜单或许可以再丰富一些,因为目前只有印度菜。
这次入住体验非常棒!房间一尘不染,温馨舒适,服务也无可挑剔。工作人员热情周到,让我倍感宾至如归。早餐美味可口,选择丰富。这里是放松身心的绝佳去处——我一定会再次光临。

亲爱的团队,我在格林帕克酒店的经历非常糟糕。我是印度航空快运的机组人员,住在 233 房间。19 日,航班起飞后,我与接待人员确认我可以将衣服送去洗衣店,午夜即可收到。他们向我保证,客房服务人员也给予了同样的保证。之后我才将制服送去洗衣店,并在洗衣单上注明了送达时间。但是,当我准备登机时,也就是 20 日凌晨,我还没有收到洗好的制服。我打电话给接待人员询问衣服。他们说已经把衣服送到房间里了。但我确信他们没有归还我的衣服。我没时间了。他们一遍又一遍地打电话说他们已经把我的衣服送来了。我郑重地告诉他们我还没有收到制服,我得准备登机了。然后他们说他们还没有洗我的衣服。他们不知道原因。我要求他们把衣服还给我。我告诉他们我有一套备用的制服,但没时间熨烫。我请求他们至少帮我熨一下制服再给我。他们也拒绝了,但提供了熨斗盒。由于退回的制服很脏,我不得不熨烫备用的制服,然后穿着它上飞机。这花了太多时间,当我到前台报到时,出租车司机特意来接我。总之,我的航班迟到了,都是因为你们员工的疏忽。所以请你们对这些员工进行适当的培训,让他们做好自己的工作。对他们来说,这只是无知。但对于那些受到此事影响的人来说,他们已经承受了太多的痛苦。因此,请你们处理好这件事。我不推荐商务旅客入住格林帕克酒店。
