这家酒店在威尼斯的圣塔露西亚火车站东边300米的大水道岸边，从火车站步行3分钟，交通方便。房间整洁舒适上档次，配有电水壶、冰箱、电吹风、电视、保险箱等，设备齐全，酒店服务热情周到。 早餐很丰富，非常棒。在意大利旅行，这家酒店是不错的选择。
这里的真实体验和酒店在APP上提供的照片完全不一样，差距非常大。房间离电梯非常远，而且没有任何行李帮送服务。从电梯到房间的路上有三层台阶上下，搬运行李非常不便。走廊也特别窄，行李箱根本无法横着通过，只能勉强竖着拖，十分不方便。整体体验非常令人失望。更糟糕的是，如果需要从酒店打车（船）去机场，他们只提供160欧元的船只，完全不帮忙叫普通出租车，一切都要自己解决。整体来说完全不值得推荐。
房间里的保险箱不保险。我放入300欧元现金进保险箱，第一天旅游回来，保险箱打不开。密码我不会记错的，因为是我最常用的密码。 第二天我放入我儿子房间的保险箱， 旅游回来又打不开，真是很奇怪。 我赶紧查查东西，发现少了100欧元现金。跟酒店前台沟通，根本不管。
太棒了，地理位置绝佳！早餐也很赞！！！酒店的餐厅是独立经营的，我们能享受到九折优惠，而且味道还不错。我们可以把行李寄存在酒店，然后继续在威尼斯玩一天。太好了！我们很乐意再次光顾。
一开始有点难找到酒店，因为入口看起来像一家餐厅。我住的房间在电梯上三楼后，还需要再爬一层楼梯才能到。我当时很担心提着大件行李箱爬上爬下，但跟工作人员说明后，他们很乐意帮忙。我在退房前去了前台，把需求告诉了他们。工作人员非常友善，让我很想再次入住！能在运河边享用优雅的早餐，感觉非常幸福。
房间正对着大运河（如图所示），虽然不大但很舒适：有拖鞋、浴袍、烧水壶，还有四瓶免费矿泉水。我们住的房间是两张单人床加一张沙发。早餐可以直接在运河边享用，可惜我们是冬天去的。早餐有鸡蛋、香肠、蘑菇、各种烘焙食品、奶酪和饮品——总之选择还挺多的。
威尼斯岛上比较有性价比的酒店 出租巴士直接停门口 很方便 对于有行李的游客很友好 还能直接乘船去威尼斯机场 值得推荐
位置：离威尼斯圣卢西亚火车站非常近，走路五分钟就到了
设施：房间比较小，最离谱的是淋浴间，在里面基本无法伸开手，不推荐
卫生：房间打扫的不错，满意的
服务：前台接待正常水平，中规中矩
风景：该房型可以看到运河
