I reserved a suite but not handicap and that’s what I received the bed was so low to the floor, I have back problems and a bad knee and that didn’t help at all went to the front desk and they told me that was all they had I told them I didn’t select handicap suite on my ******* account and was told they didn’t have any regular rooms that I booked for and that was it. I have stayed here numerous of times and never had this problem but I will not be booking here again oh yeah the room wasn’t as clean as it needed to be found hair on bathroom floor and in the bed and it want mine I have braids

The property itself is very nice and in a great location. However, the beds were not very comfortable, and the room could have used a bit more cleaning. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

I had an excellent stay with the location near the restaurants, some shopping stores, gas stations, great parking space. etc. I look forward to my next visit.

The staff was very accommodating. The sofa bed was a little tough I could feel the springs. I also had to go downstairs to get extra sheets and a blanket for the sofa bed. The place was really clean. When I pulled out the sofa bed there were gummies bears that came out the sofa bed. Overall good stay.

这是我们第一次入住 Residence Inn，从头到尾的体验都很棒。工作人员很友好，乐于助人，房间布置得井井有条，酒店工作人员井然有序，健身房简单但实用。唯一的缺点是折叠床：无法入睡。但折叠起来作为沙发，效果很好，我睡了一个好觉。
我几乎每个月都会在这个地方住上几周，已经持续了将近 4 个月了，我对这里一直都非常满意！
入住手续快捷方便。房间非常漂亮、干净。
