Thermostat needs updated. AC got very cold. But not stable. Once AC would stop the air would get stank/stale. Then Would have to turn on the heat. Same routine. Entry to the hotel isn’t marked and actually has a sign for a now vacant hotel.

Good Gym. Poor service at the front desk. The first room they put us in smelled of sewer gas. They moved us to a new room. Cold coffee during the day. Then they told us we were there for only one day when our reservation was for two. Eventually they figured it out, but I'll wait to check my Visa before I believe that. The front desk people need to be retrained.

Was not impressed about staff attitude during breakfast. Was told there were no more bananas and then later a lot of those appeared. We were a group, not sure if she felt we were going to use up all the bananas!!!

Hotel was fine but they put us in a handicapped room. Didn’t mind it but I would assumed they’d keep it available for handicapped guests

My only main complaints are that the AC wasn't able to be adjusted, or at least I never figured out how, and the ice machine was disgusting.

Hard to Find
Very nice property. Everything that we expect from a Hampton Inn. Our only complaint is the signage to get to the building is non existent. Very difficult to loacte once you get off I-70

It was very clean and the staff is great! We arrived ahead of schedule and they were able to accommodate our early check in need. Our room was huge and the shower water pressure was amazing!

Very clean and nice hotel. Service was excellent. We especially loved Theresa who handled the morning breakfast shift. She was so upbeat, friendly, and full of energy.. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
