My 92-year-old father and I were treated with such kindness that I wanted to share our experience. Jean and Beyza greeted us daily with warm smiles and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Maurice, the restaurant manager, made sure we had everything we needed each morning, and another front-desk gentleman kindly helped me get milk for my dad one evening when the market was out—such a thoughtful gesture!
Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. But what truly stood out was the genuine care and compassion of the staff. We felt safe, supported, and very much at home. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit Virginia Beach.

Everything was great! Staff is top notch. Minor suggestion, make the coffee available until midnight.

这家酒店的客房清洁服务是隔天一次，而不是像其他酒店那样每天都打扫……问题是我们住了六天，房间却只打扫了一次。我们把门上的“请勿打扰”牌子取下来，发现客房服务人员就在好几个房间之外。但他们那天还是没有打扫我们的房间。这种情况发生了好几次……房间里的家具非常有限……只有两个抽屉，储物空间非常少。衣柜也很小……
空调坏了，他们还给我降级了房间，明明有升级房型。我尝试预订另一间房间，结果显示有升级房型可选，而之前他们明明告诉我没有。
住宿体验不错
工作人员友好热情。房间总体干净，但床边的地板似乎没有用吸尘器打扫过，床头柜也没有擦干净，因为杯子底部还留有湿痕。
安静的房间就是不一样
房间太吵了。你可以听到有人在另一个房间使用厕所的声音，你可以听到楼下洗衣机的声音，每次有人关上门时，房间的墙壁就会纤维化。
我只是因为为我们服务的人而不喜欢入口，其他一切都很好。
